Awww… You got your butt kicked, fair and square, and your feelings are hurt and you’re sobbing, “If I can’t win, then he ain’t going to win either”. That might have been an excusable attitude back when you were in the third grade, but this is the grownup world now and it’s time to put your long pants on, man up and think about somebody other than yourselves!
If “he” doesn’t win, guess what?: She’s going to win!
“She” is the Obama/Clinton Machine that’s gotten us in the deplorable mess we’re in right now.
You “Never Trumpers” should carefully consider these alternatives:
If Hilarious wins, you will be in large part responsible, and the American people will not be very appreciative of the disastrous results that are sure to follow (and they’ll have four years to think about it).
If Trump wins, I think he might be the kind of guy who holds a grudge and will be totally justified in looking for ways in which he can show his gratitude for your “help” (and he’ll have four years to think about it).
The way I see it, regardless of who wins: YOU LOSE!!
The Donald won the nomination playing by the same rules that everybody else had to follow. “The sun got in my eyes”, or “the umpire didn’t like me”, might have worked back when you were playing kids’ games, but it’s time to get over it, grow up, and start playing for the team, before it’s too late!!
If a NTr is not going to vote for DT NOW, there is nothing that can be said or done to change their minds. They showed their true colors. Cruz would have been business as usual.
I hate to repeat myself, but I must give you the same response I gave to “Theo”:
“Yeah, we tried the nice guy, high road strategy in ’08 and ’12. Look how well that worked out!
You sound like you might be a closet liberal to me.”
That has been done already, all the way up through the convention.
And how was Donald Trump rewarded for extending an olive branch and magnanimously letting Ted Cruz have his say? Cruz stuck a knife in Trump's back.
If anyone still supports Ted Cruz at all after his traitorous actions at the Republican National Convention, then, please, they can just stop their whining, pull their head out of their ass the sand, and stop pretending that anyone is going to convince such ilk to do the right thing one way or the other. That's sheer fantasy.
At this point, those who persist in being NeverTrumpers are the veritable scum of the earth! I will NEVER yield that point, nor moderate my opinion thereof.
It's up to those misguided individuals, in the absence of any more cajoling, to realize the profound error of their ways, and to wake up to the reality that THEY are the ones who are in the wrong.
I can say with complete confidence that unless their messiah Ted Cruz directs his remaining fanboys to vote for Donald Trump (and that appears to be the ONLY event that will convince them to do so) he will have no future as a Presidential candidate in 2020 or at any other time.

This, in a nutshell, is the holding in the Heller case. If Hillary is elected, you can guarantee this will be reversed and the process of disarming us will continue.

True, a willingness to work with former adversaries doesn’t mean he turns his brain off at the door.
Truthfully, neither democrats or Republicans have really dealt with a guy like Trump before.
Try breathing into a paper bag, it might help.
Trump wasn’t my first choice, either. But he won the primaries so he’s the guy we need to back.
But instead of holding my nose, I’m actually going to vote FOR Mr. Trump, with gusto. This is a rare treat, after years of “lesser of two evils” type of voting for whichever loser the GOPe forced down our throats.
I look foward to President Trump’s first term. (We shall see if he deserves a second.) None of the lying, cheating bastards now infesting Washington have done JACK to fix the many problems we face, so screw ALL of them.
With Trump we have a true maverick, someone who says things we’ve all wanted to say or hear. He hates dishonest media, hates political correctness, hates illegal immigration and hates seeing America getting screwed on the trade front. Add his Supreme Court picks and there is no further hesitation on my part. All ahead flank!
Even if he never learns how to think twice before speaking once, his first term looks like one hell of a good ride. Flaws and all, I’ll take him.

As for me, I am working to bring people into the Trump camp, not alienate them. I’m not telling those on the fence to leave. I’m inviting them to vote for Trump.
So you think that pushing away potential Trump voters is a good idea? Really? That’s not how you win an election. You win an election by expanding the base and by motivating the base to vote for Trump.
If you are doing the opposite, then you are part of the problem. If you are driving people away from voting for Trump, you are helping Hillary.
