LMAO. In yo’ face, gub’mint!
He’ll get audited and his land seized. Just watch...
the frogs are living there peacefully. Government think they need to interfere with a frogs life in order to SAVE THEM. Leave them alone!
Good start. The guy needs to demand all sorts of after action reports and projected future restrictions on the property with severe penalities for lack of compliance.
LOL! I wish I were that clever. It would’ve come in handy a few times :-)
The leftists in government hate the fact that you OWN something. They, and all communists, are against private property, and want everything in the hands of the government. They allow you to use your property, but resent it, and charge you a yearly fee for your property, called the property “tax”, actually an incremental confiscation.
if it moves, tax it
if it keeps moving, regulate it
if it stops moving, subsidize it
They will declare his land critical ha itat and he will lose it under the ESA.
He forgot to demand an environmental impact statement.
EPA is making a grab for private property in the NW.
He should require peer-reviewed pre-, concurrent, and post survey environmental impact statements before approving the applications. . . provided by non-involved qualified ecological and biological scientists in the proper fields who have submitted bids to provide such services to be paid for by the Oregon State Department of Fish and Wildlife.
the feds will kick in the front door and raid his home at 3:30 AM and find drugs and illegal weapons, all planted by the feds of course. And then the IRS and the EPA will confiscate all of his assets. He’s done and all because of a little yellowish frog.
Just admitting that ANYTHING is living on your land can result in some faceless bureaucrat declaring it unbuildable. Kill off everything.
First thing I did when I bought my house was take out the two young Valley Oak trees that were on the land, before they get big enough that jackwads in gumbint start to think they have a say in what I can do with my own trees.
NOBODY around here plants them other than via birds. And this is NOT an unintended consequence of tree lovers trying to save them... it’s an intended consequence of dirt-bag POWER LOVERS trying to make people knuckle under.
Where I live, there are tidal and non-tidal fishing licenses. In some cases, which side of the bridge you are standing on determines the license required. I’m not sure what happens if your line drifts over to the other side.
