THIS is bias—that a judge belongs to a racist organization that is targeting a plaintiff in the judge’s courtroom. Further, that his assignment of representation did same, and that he belongs to other race-based organizations that encourage and participate in illegal activities despite his oath to uphold the US constitution and laws. The judge should recuse himself, should resign, and should be disbarred.
The HBNA, along with their la raza “aka: the race” cohorts need to be rounded up and deported back to mexico, or sent to gitmo as members of a central american terrorist organization.
