Every mature, intelligent person in this country knows that the judge in the Trump University case, United States District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, could very well be biased against Donald Trump, the one man who has the testicular fortitude to declare that he will build a wall on the Mexican border. Judge Curiel is of Mexican heritage.
There is, by the way, a law already on the books calling for building such a wall (Secure Fence Acts, 2006 and 2008), but establishment politicians in both parties have no interest in doing so.
The righteous indignation Republicans Paul Ryan and Newt Gingrich are displaying over the fact that Trump asserted Curiel is biased (because of his heritage), does not impress those of us who tend to agree with Trump.
Lou Dobbs of Fox Business News, in a recent interview with Gingrich, read from a list of ethnic organizations in which Judge Curiel holds membership. All are activist Spanish-heritage groups. Dobbs also pointed out a possible conflict of interest in the case. One of the attorneys in the law firm appointed by Curiel to represent the plaintiffs has contributed money to Hillary Clintons 2016 run for President. (American Spectator, May 31, 2016)
When Lou Dobbs made the case that Trump could have reason for concern, given the judges associations and conflicts of interest, Gingrich brushed him off responding that Trumps spotlighting of Curiels heritage in a negative way was dumb.
First, pointing out a judges heritage when that heritage probably leads to bias, especially against Trump because of Trumps commitment to build a wall on the Mexican border, would seem neither negative nor dumb. Second, Trumps concern that this judge is an activist, as are so many ethnic legal professionals, is not racist.

The judge is a LaRaza racist.
If Hillary! Clinton were indeed indicted and brought to trial, does anyone think for a minute that the DemocRATS wouldn’t look for, if not invent, some hint of bias on the part of the presiding judge and/or prosecuting attorney so as to discredit the proceedings?
Exhibit A: Ken Starr
We need to find out the status of his parents when he was born, raised and now. Were they ever in the country illegally? After visa expired etc?
Better have more than that.
All of this noise shouldn’t matter after
“CURIEL IS A MEMEBER OF LA RAZA”.
Damn what’s become of this country is enough to drive one crazy. Im only
40! It’s not like I’m my 75 year old dad complaining about whats happened
to the country.
The judge promotes amnesty for illegal aliens, belongs to an organization which opposes a border wall, that organization has partnered with other group to oppose a border wall - one of those groups is named No Border Wall - the president of his group sits on the board of directors of the local chapter of the National Council of La Raza.
There is absolutely no appearance of a conflict here and to suggest there is a conflict is completely unreasonable. /s
Bean3r Judge does!
It took obozo's addition of the muzzies to the mix to assemble - FINALLY a critical mass of our fellow citizens to begin what I PRAY is a movement to put a halt to our GLOBALIST OLIGARCH PLANNED national/cultural suicide!
In ABSTRACT terms, this is the conspiratorial view of whats going on vis-à-vis the INVASION of the illegals here:
The current alien invasion from the south serves BOTH the elites who run Mexico and many of the OTHER states of Central and South America -- and the political ruling class who increasingly run the United States:
· It takes pressure off the 60 or so families who control approximately 80% of the wealth in Mexico. Without the northern safety valve (the United States) for their poor, those poor MIGHT be inclined to do what Americas early colonists found it necessary to do: Revolt! Parenthetically, that would be MY suggestion for them: Instead of fleeing here and converting here to a larger, more poverty infested version of there, they ought to stay there and make there into their version of here, whatever that would be. Revolutions ARE messy and there are no guarantees thatTREACHERY they will produce the desired result. But according to one T. Jefferson they are often necessary. Never forget that THIS country was born in revolution!
· For the NAFTA/CAFTA coveting US national ruling class especially those who, in varying degrees, quest after some sort of One-World utopia run by guess who? it provides yet another level of insecurity and tension among the indigenous populace which can be used to justify new and more draconian limits to freedom here. Instead of securing the borders, allow millions of illegals to come in and when the natives become alarmed, require a national ID card. Your papers, please! will soon become a phrase familiar to all. Its Mr. Franklins trade of freedom for (false) security. Its also the time-tested Hegelian Dialectic the One-Worlders have successfully worked like a rented mule.
While they occasionally squabble among themselves, the elites of history have ALL had one thing in common: They will do ANYTHING to remain in charge. And throughout that history, except for the 230 year-old experiment in freedom called America, most of the men who have walked the earth have lived as slaves to these elites whether they call themselves kings, emperors, potentates, sultans, czars or presidents.
Get ready, folks. Unless some SERIOUS changes are made and the handful of Americans who CARE about liberty get involved, that history will almost certainly repeat here.
Now for the SPECIFICS of the matter:
My take on Bush's role in all of this is:
1. His long and apparently positive experience with the large hispanic population in Texas is largely responsible for his inaction on this alien invasion. And why wouldn't HIS experience with them be positive as he traveled in the highest, best-educated circles among them, not the Hispanic gangbangers and pine-straw spreaders...
2. His brother Jeb is married to a native of Mexico and his nieces and nephews are mixed blood. And before you scream "ethnocentric bigot" at me, there's nothing inherently wrong with that. But that fact -- and the first item -- DOES predispose him to a warm and fuzzy feeling for folks from south of the Rio Grande.
And if -- in some strange and metastasizing American desire for a new royal family dynasty -- Jeb should win the White House, I'd bet that HIS activities toward this alien invasion will make W's behavior look like a warm-up exercise.
Any vestige of white European culture in America will be a distant memory.
Ain't assimilation wonderful?
If a wall is built, I suspect the criminals in DC won’t be getting their payoffs any longer from the Mexican drug lords / cartels.
Interestingly, Judge Curiel was born in the US but may be a citizen of both Mexico and the US, based upon the fact the his parents were citizens of Mexico, according to the judge, who was born in US. See the following excerpt from the Mexican Constitution posted on another website:
Mexicans
Article 30. Mexican nationality is acquired by birth or by naturalization:
Mexicans by birth are:
Those born in the territory of the Republic, regardless of the nationality of
their parents:
Those born in a foreign country of Mexican parents; of a Mexican father and a foreign mother; or of a Mexican mother and an unknown father;
Those born on Mexican vessels or airships, either war or merchant vessels.
Mexican law does not determine U.S. citizenship.
Interesting how it is not Politically Correct to point out the judge’s ethnic background, but it is very acceptable to point out the race of a cop, or the race of those attending Trump’s rallies, or the racial make-up of a jury or a judge presiding over a trial of a black defendant.
I’m glad to see Trump making it an issue, but he should do more to let everyone know that the judge is affiliated with the radical La Raza, and not just “Hispanic” heritage groups.
The judge could be heard muttering under his breath:
Tito Donald is gonna pay a little bit.
Does Donald belong to an organization called “The Race”?
Bean3r Judge does!
If Donald belonged to a group called “Das Rennen”(German for The Race), you know there would be hell to pay.
The judge has an appearance of impropriety problem. It is correct to question whether he could be impartial on this case.
“Mexican law does not determine U.S. citizenship.”

No, but it sure determines MEXICAN citizenship, which is what my post was about. If you want to argue the guy isn’t a US citizen, have at it and good luck.
At least he's consistent......all of the groups he listed are plotting to overthrow the US govt.
Precisely.
Interesting freudian slip on the first bullet line.
