There are a myriad number of tactics proposed, tried, discarded and then dredged-up again. Most from stalwart “staunch constitutional conservatives” who just can’t have any truck with charlatan Trump.
They are clever in their undertaking, devious in their purpose and very ardent in their execution - even in the face of proven defeat day after day. The one thing, however, that they cannot get their heads around that they’d have had better success trying to get the actual votes from real voters than trying to engineer their silly ass schemes.

My money's still on "no one". I agree that "no one" is the odds-on favorite. Kristol and the rest of the DC-Manhattan "conservative" pundits have imagined that there are grass roots Republicans that follow their lead instead of ridiculing them.
