Someone mentioned Colin Powell, as a guess.
I used to have respect for him, until I found out he was supporting Obama back in 2008.
So now I can believe he is willing to run as third party candidate, trying to con Republicans to vote for him, to help Hillary win. And he would discuss this with Hillary in advance to make sure she knows the real reason he is running: to help her beat Trump.
Dunno if it’s him or not, but anyone purposely trying to throw this election to Hillary Clinton is a traitor.

I think the “him” he was referring to was Trump in this Tweet based on my read of it. The Tweet right before was about Trump being rattled. I think this one expanded on that.
