Here's what Trump said:
“Leave it the way it is. North Carolina, what they’re going through with all the business that’s leaving, all of the strife — and this is on both sides. Leave it the way it is.” He continued, “There has been so little trouble. And the problem with what happened in North Carolina is the strife and the economic — I mean, the economic punishment that they’re taking.”
(1) Where exactly, did Trump stand up for the rights of male perverts and trannies to take a whiz or go #2 alongside with or do worse things to little girls and defenseless women?
(2) Does NC (and other states) not have existing laws that punish offenders who engage in sexual exploitation of children or lewd sexual activities in public restrooms?
All Trump is saying is that trannies, feminine men, perverts, sickos, etc have been using male or female bathrooms for eons and no one has batted an eye up until now, when it's an election year and leftist groups foolishly believe that they can create a Todd Akin-narrative to portray Republicans and conservatives as anti-transgendered or anti-discrimination or something - and right on cue you have Rafael Cruz and other gutless Republicans who didn't stand with the NC Governor on this or did jack squat when SCOTUS decreed homo marriage on all 50 states - yapping like Yorkshires and pathetically playing the Left's game.
Trump simply did not take the bait. He is saying that NC shouldn't have went through the hassle of making new law when existing laws and mores served just fine and violators would be punished under current law.
So now, Christian conservatives are angry and threatening to stay home in a snit because Trump didn't just state the obvious truth that biological men should use the Men's restroom and women should use the Women's restroom (And I wished he would have. BTW - I do NOT agree with Trump on this, but merely posting his reasoning behind his statement) and leftists are upset because they won't have a narrative to club Trump over the head with throughout the election.
Both sides lost, which is EXACTLY what Trump wanted.
Now hopefully, Trump can continue to talk about the real issues that matter and disregard these questions that are designed to alienate social conservative support from him.
How exactly do you plan to enforce these laws? Are we all going to have to carry papers from now on?
Trump can do whatever he wants in his own place, if women who care about men who claim they are women who might or might not still dig women (Jenner says he is a woman who is still attracted to women) don’t dig it, they don’t have to go there.
But he is also saying that the laws that stop businesses that do care about how comfortable their women customers are with it are fine and should continue.

The mistake you are making is the same every one of these "Trumpsters" are making. Just because he said he would build a wall, they all fell in love and are blinded with scales over their eyes. He even said he could shoot someone on 5th ave and no one would care. Who can trust someone with that arrogance? Carl Icahn has been mentioned as a possible cabinet officer. Mr. Icahn has hosted fundraising parties and given relatively small amounts to Republican candidates in recent years. He also has donated to Democratic New York Senator Charles Schumer and Hillary Clinton. Mr. Icahn said that $2,000 donation to Mrs. Clinton in 2004 was largely because a friend asked him to do it. Who told him to give to the scores of other Dems? People have made some sort of negative connection with Cruz and Goldman Sachs, but you don't get anymore "Wall Street" than Icahn and his friends.
You've been around the block for several years now and should know better. If nothing else, you should know people and speak with people that know better. He has a paper trail. he has a video trail. I have seen bathrooms appear with doors that get locked. That makes them single occupancy and would be impractical in places with high usage. For those with less privacy, any type of exhibitionism would be unlawful, as it is in any other place.
Sorry, but every American business must build at least one bathroom for each -sexual. At least five or six bathrooms per business.

Which is why I oppose Cruz.
Two people I know well have 11 & 12 year old boys being raised as girls. I feel terrible for these families as this is not what they expected when raising these kids. However, they are passionate about supporting their kids and have been lobbying our legislature for trans access to girls bathrooms and locker rooms. As a parent of a 12 year old girl, I am very opposed to these initiatives. It is an issue for me and will be for you when men start accessing the locker room where female members of your families change.
In most countries you must “carry papers” because they are too cheap and too bcckward to supply any.
I think a lot of the reasoning was that the Charlotte law was basically opening the door for any businesses to be sued to death for somehow objecting to letting some dude in the ladies’ restrooms. Homo-fascist lawfare. Some creepy dude walks into the womens room, locker-room, etc (who says he ‘feels’ like he’s a gal), gets tossed by some business owner upon hearing screams of women, then turns around and sues the business and gets big payouts, while businessman goes broke.
So anyone that says NO LAWS were needed are obviously not just okay with preying pervs, but also the kind of persecution of businesses akin to the bakeries and wedding photographers. The Charlotte city council was hijacked by Leftists and pervs who took up a deviant-protection measure that had been defeated a year ago.
Last month they pushed through (7-4) the measure enforcing 'protections' for Lezzies, homos and trannies:
"The changes mean businesses in Charlotte can’t discriminate against gay, lesbian or transgender customers, in addition to long-standing protections based on race, age, religion and gender. The ordinance applies to places of public accommodation, such as bars, restaurants and stores. It also applies to taxis.
"The most controversial part of the ordinance would allow transgender residents to use either a men’s or women’s bathroom, depending on the gender with which they identify."
One of the leaders of the campaign to pass the bill is a convicted sex offender who worked as a 'youth minister' and lured young men to his apartment until he was finally BUSTED.
The North Carolina statute was in response to radical faggot changes in the law 'the way it was'.
