My wife was released Monday from the Rehab hospital to come home and already the past two days have been full of our share of challenges and successes and many a small thing inbetween. Thanks to everyone for your prayers and please keep them coming as she still has a long road ahead of her.
Prayers and encouragement and very best wishes for both of you.
That is wonderful that her speech and swallowing aren’t affected. A blessing
Absolutely!
I believe things happen for a reason!!
I am so glad you were there for her!!
(I live alone and worry sometimes)
Prayers for your wife, and for you as a caregiver. May God richly bless both of you.
I have been away from FR and did not see this. Thank God you were there to take care of her right away.
I hope she continues to make a very good recovery. May God give both of you comfort and love during this time.
First I heard of it. Was wondering why I hadn’t ‘seen’ you around.
Well, May she recover fully, quickly, and your caregiver duties be easily borne.
Praise God you were there with her when she had the stroke. Prayers up for her recovery and for you.
Prayers up, Kart! Blessings to you both.
Thank you for the update.
We joyfully continue to lift both of you up in our prayers.
That was the power of the Holy Spirit. I have experienced It myself over the years.
So glad she’s home.((((Hugs))))
Praying for continued healing for your sweet bride. And strength for you as well. Do you have a good support network?
May your wife’s recover be swift and complete. She is in very good hands.
Re: the word ‘Husband’ it is not just a noun, but it is a verb as well. It isn’t just what you are it is WHAT YOU DO as well.
You are awesome & your wife fortunate in many ways.
Continued well wishes from my home to yours. My better half & I just spent 3 exhausting days nursing a friend fresh out of major surgery. He has remained behind while I returned to work - and am enjoying the rest!
Excellent Bible verse, and she was under God’s protection - no doubt. Prayers up for you both. I took care of my Dad after his strokes, so I have some empathy for what you are facing.
Prayers sent and God bless both of you.
Your wife is blessed to have such a husband.
