Last week, the students of Emory University in Atlanta needed counseling and mental health evaluations after noticing their campus was polluted by disgusting chalk markings. The offensive words included “Trump,” “Trump 2016,” and “Vote Trump” and they were found on concrete steps and even, heaven forbid, the sidewalk.
Immediately after noticing the horrific chalk graffiti, 50 students demanded a meeting with Jim Wagner, Emory University President, because they felt “genuine concern and pain.” Even worse, Wagner met with the lunatic liberals and promised an “investigation,” which raises the true concern of whether free speech is even allowed on the campus.

Advocating the candidacy of a registered major-party candidate who has prevailed in the majority of primary elections is what? Horrific chalk graffiti? Speech that should be outlawed? Really?
These episodes are useful. They show how dysfunctional and silly our universities have become. They show how shallow and weak college age students have become, and how cowardly university leaders have become.
I’m proud to say I know 3 young men who are college graduates and serve proudly in our military. So I know not all college students have sunk this low.
This sort of nonsense has already started the pendulum swinging back. Some colleges are pushing back against this juvenile behavior.

Poor little snowflakes! Hate to see what happens to them when they get in the real world and their boss yells at them. Hopefully, none of them become teachers.

These children (they are not adults in any meaningful way) are just begging for a Big Brother who will send in the Thought Police and give them a nice “safe place” free of ideas.
