What do you do when you are snubbed by Ted Cruz? You go work for the anti-Cruz and attempt to ruin him and his wife evidently.

Katrina Pierson has proven she will stop at nothing to get herself into the spotlight. Where once I thought she was a smart, sassy woman who had pulled herself up by her bootstraps, I now pity the bizarre, plastic caricature she has become. This is not the Katrina Pierson I knew.

Though much ado has been made about the affair rumor being cooked up by Marco Rubio's folks, I would suggest a closer look at Trumps personal bulldog instead.

Pierson spent her time as a volunteer on Cruz's Senate campaign, attempting to make herself look far more important to him than she actually was. She played the part well, making sure someone took photos of her the handful of times she ever met him. It's what shallow people do just so they can appear important.

The more I got to know Pierson, the more I saw her vindictive side. This whole nonsense about Cruz, affairs and dirt on Heidi Cruz all stem from the little snotty chick who has temper tantrums and holds massive grudges.

Ask yourself, exactly what is Pierson's motivation for slamming Cruz and the Mrs., when only a few short months ago she was singing her praises as,"The Next First Lady!"

If you can do that, and turn around and bash her, you either have multiple personality disorder, or you have sinister motives. So which is it?

There is no need to devote so much time analyzing a denial of a story that has NO FACTS. He said the rumors are “completely false”. Even for a non-lawyer, that is pretty clear and understandable. But the point is not clarity or understanding, is it? The point is keeping the smear going because there are enough rubes and fanatics who don’t quibble about things like facts or truth. As Rush Limbaugh famously said: “ “The nature of the evidence is irrelevant; it’s the seriousness of the charge that matters.” You simply need to make a harsh, totally unfounded charge, and that’s reason enough to investigate. It is a claim like “5 mistresses!!!!!” that captivates the masses and destroys the accused. You can count yourself among the masses led by the nose by the National Enquirer.

Cruz is a lawyer. He is an expert at making denials that do not really deny anything. In another thread I parsed Cruz’s denial about this stuff on facebook. He didn’t deny anything, he just kept referring to Trump over and over. Trump has made no allegations about Ted Cruz’s adultery. Any time Cruz “denies” something and then ties Trump to it in the same sentence... he is not denying allegations of adultery. The sentence I quoted in my first paragraph is a perfect example. He is denying some nonspecific “smear” from Donald Trump. It is not a denial of his extramarital activities. Do we really want another lying adulterer in the White house?

Just for your edification, campaigns that coordinated with super pacs have been prosecuted and convicted, so if you have evidence, provide it. I'm not sure a Democrat would be prosecuted, but I can assure you a Republican have and would.

All I can say as a huge trump supporter, if the national enquirer cannot substantiate their story, Cruz should sue them down to the ground. I for one will be mightily disappointed because it just seems to fit the man to a tee.

I asked you for a quote where Ted denied that he was an adulterer. You provided absolutely nothing of substance. Saying the rumors are false and then in the some sentence blaming Donald Trump is diversion and not a denial. I expected much more from you. I actually am very disappointed.

We will see how this plays out. Cruz might be able to delay judgment until the convention and mislead enough people into voting for him that Trump will not reach 1237. After that the GOPe will have no further use for him and the hammer will fall.

We are all sinners. Trump is not trying to hide anything; that is why you are able to post this kind of crap. He has said that he is sorry for what he has done in his younger days. Where is Ted’s admission? He is going around with his preacher routine pretending to be the anointed one. I think you meant this for somebody else because I didn’t say the things you ascribe to me. Having said that, Cruz was perfectly clear about his denial. Only a fanatic Trump fan won’t admit that. You are a piece of work! Congratulations on finding a candidate that perfectly matches your disposition. This thread is based on the accusations that Ted Cruz is an adulterer. You have said he has denied this. Now you admit that he hasn't denied being an adulterer and even go so far as to say he doesn't have to.

So there we have it every one! JewishRighter just has admitted that all of Cruz's denials have nothing to do with the story that came out about adultery in the National Enquirer. It would seem that you don’t understand how these matters are supposed to work:

The fact that Cruz made such a strong denial is proof, in and of itself, that he is guilty. An innocent man would have had enough self-confidence that he would not have felt the need to use such strong language.

On the other hand, if Cruz had remained silent on the matter, the non-denial also would have proven his guilt.

In other words, heads Ted loses, and tails he loses.

I get the feeling that I am soon going to be in the same position I've been in for every election I can remember since Reagan, where I have no candidate to vote for whom I prefer.

As much as I prefer Cruz and was hoping for a Cruz/Gingrich ticket, it appears that won't happen now.

The only up side I can see in all of this is that in Donald Trump and Katrina Pierson, Hillary and Bill may finally meet their match for sheer nastiness.
