I know I’m pretty naïve...but could someone explain to me how this would be hush money. I thought it was a transfer between super pacs and not available to the actual campaigns. So how could it be transferred as hush money?

I thought it was pretty common for this to happen between pacs? Although my participation in this matter is brief..I didn’t think it was against the rules. I thought once the money went to a pac...it was theirs to spend how they see fit. For instance...one of Rick Perry’s pacs refunded money to the donors when he withdrew.

Disclaimer: I’m not on the Trump OR Cruz train. I am strictly beat Hill/bern at whatever cost. But I am curious.
