If it is, Cruz is going to be the new owner of National Enquirer.
Has he demanded retraction or filed a lawsuit ?
What will you say if there is video or DNA ?
If it is, Cruz is going to be the new owner of National Enquirer.
I’m not an attorney but I play one on TV but that’s my understanding
I hope that’s the case and I hope this lands right in the middle of Trumps lap. Maybe he can be sued into ANOTHER bankruptcy....LOLOLOLOL.
This is fantastic....Trump will get blamed anyway....sure are blaming him on my local tv station....LOLOLOL.
then he should sue , but as of right now he won’t and will not mentio0n it which is strange to say the least.
Which is exactly the main reason it looks to be true. That is, what has Cruz said or done in terms of NE? Nothing. Has he asked them to prove it? Has he denied individually each accusation? Has he threatened to sue? Are his surrogates out their defending him? No, no, no and not really.
“If it is, Cruz is going to be the new owner of National Enquirer.”
This affair thing is one of the most epic case of freepers misreading a story I’ve ever seen.
The story doesn’t say that the enquirer independently acquired any evidence of Cruz having affairs.
The story doesn’t say the enquirer independently confirmed any aspect of others investigations of Cruz or “his women”.
The story doesn’t even say that Cruz had affairs!
The story cites a single unnamed source that claims 5 women are being investigated. That’s it!
The Enquirer is in NO legal danger.
They simply reported a rumor, as a rumor!
If nothing comes of the story, they can simply say their source lied to them.
I’m tempted to write a vanity on this.
Not as long as they just say they are reporting what "sources" say. Remember the NYT reported John McCain's supposed affairs with lobbyists?
Yep - and they have come out to refute some of Cruz's claims which indicates they either have something solid or they're bluffing big time (which would be useless).
Most of the article uses the guy's own personal opinions/gut feelings to "refute" the issues - not really a convincing argument unless one wants to believe it even if it does prove right.
I have no idea but I do know that Cruz has said some things and done some things that make me a bit leery of his purported role as "Super Christian Champion of the People".
Trump wants to take down the other side and Cruz wants to take down Trump - despite that still leaving him a long-shot and enhancing Hillary's chances - not what I expected of him as others tried to paint Trump as the "egotistic narcissist"...
