Bingo. If Trump doesn’t have the 1237 going into the convention, fully expect the GOPe to push a Ryan/Fiorina or Ryan/Kasich ticket. Scott Walker’s comments about the nominee not being someone who is currently running suggests the GOPe are planning for Ryan at the top of the ticket.
Care to compare your resume to his? The guy is super smart. He knows what game they’re playing … he’s got his own game … he’s using them just like they’re using him. Trump has his own game too. As does every single politician.
How is Trump’s delegates not knowing their obligations fraud?

Actually, it is quite childish to impute a candidate supporter's beliefs and actions to the candidate. It is as childish as someone trying justify an unwise course of action by rationalizing the everyone else is doing it.

I'm afraid you have a point there. These new electronic voting machines can be hacked, and leave no paper trail.
But the real problem is the media. They are the ones who decide. If Trump or Cruz gets the nomination, the subtle smears will begin, and go on nonstop until election day.
