Is Senator Ted Cruz an outsider or establishment presidential candidate?
Undercover Porcupine ^ | 3/13/16 | Chris Dixon

Reading the headline might leave some in disbelief for different reasons. Is Senator Ted Cruz an outsider? He’s a first term United States Senator who has alienated everyone and has yet to secure a single Senate endorsement. Businessman Donald Trump even has more Senate endorsements than him. How much clearer of an outsider definition can that get?

Valid, to a degree, but there’s more to the story at this point. Senator Cruz’s background in politics extends a lot further back than his rookie Senate career. To be clearer, it extends back more than a decade and a half, when he joined the presidential campaign of George W. Bush in 1999. As a member of the Bush 2000 presidential campaign, he was a domestic policy advisor to the then-Texas Governor. Senator Cruz was later responsible for helping assemble Bush’s legal team, which included John Roberts.

Fast forward to the present day.

Manchurian Candidate Ted Cruz-Bush is not responsible for his words and actions. His Goldman Sachs wife and the preacher man Daddy Cruz are calling the shots.

Yes, Cruz is an outsider.

As much as a Harvard educated government lawyer married to Wall St. can be.

In other words he's a tin horn and the folks supporting him are being hornswoggled.

He did NOT support TPP

Yes he did, very fervently in the beginning. He only got out of the final vote. You need to read the article below, Ted not only advocated for TPA, he said it was needed for TPP, to give Obama increased powers.

Ted Cruz joins the establishment

He’s a little of both. It may be unfortunate, but I look for someone with the tools to do the job, not someone who has the best zingers, tweets and stage attention.

CVruz is lyinbg ot you m he supported TPP, he is part of the establishment, now and worked with the Bush family.

I and others have given you proof, facts, statement etc and yet you still refuse to acknowledge that you are being taken and refuse to understand you made a mistake.

And Cruz is tied to special interests and now to Bush’s and establishment.

Trump i s tied to no one and is the only one who doesn’t have to bow to the money masters.

TPA and TPP are two entirely different things.

Ted famously called Mitch McConnel a liar to his face on the senate floor over this BS and you say he is an insider?

Understand they are not the same, but I wish you could understand TPA was a tool to get the same thing.

Some people have great difficulty following and understanding multiple step processes.

Has Cruz stopped beating his wife yet? The question is typical of the MSM.

Ted Cruz is a Constitutionalist. Look at his whole life since childhood. It is all about the Constitution.

At this point, I would have to answer yes to both.

He appears to be an outsider, but he has gotten very cozy with the GOPe denizens.
