Romney just advocated two things:
1. Denying Trump the nomination through a split vote in key high delegate states. For all intents and purposes advocating a brokered convention.
2. He is the one who can best articulate both why Trump is wrong and why Clinton is wrong
My conclusion below...
Look for calls in the next few days for Romney to either enter the race, or to be the predesignated alternative. Rubio should be ticked, but he might be on board for a veep slot. Cruz will be thrown to the wolves.
My take: Romney is trying to run without running.

I think so...I think the GOP tries to run him in a brokered convention. And when they made Trump take a party loyalty oath. So much for GOP loyalty to their party members.

I held my nose and voted for Romney in 2012.
I regret that vote today.
If they pull any shenanigans and deny Trump the nomination, the GOP is done.

Mitt says vote Cruz in TX, Kasich in OH, Rubio in FL to get to a brokered convention. He should now be treated as just another candidate.
Romney recently declared war against conservatives, now he are one again.
He doesn’t want to run, though, they are preparing him to be selected. They want a brokered convention. At the second delegate vote, they will offer Mittens as a savior.
