By now, it should be obvious to the observant that the ‘scoundrels-looting-the-treasury’ phase of our economic arc is about played out, and before the entire rotten financial edifice collapses, there will be a war ignited across Europe and the Middle East which will serve as a distraction for the masses, while the very worst of the scoundrels take to ground to wait for the smoke to clear before they emerge.
The gangsters actually directing the national governments that publicly front for their activities have nearly finished siphoning the remaining liquidity from the global financial system, leaving a hollow shell behind. The prostitutes who pose as our political leaders have been complicit at every step of the looting process. Now we are hearing the last wheezing notes of the calliope as the economic merry-go-round grinds to a halt. To borrow the expression from financial author Michael Hudson, the parasites have killed the host.
Change a few words and Catholics would recognize the Vatican for what it is.

I believe much of the increased spending during this administration amounted to major theft of government funds to divert them into politician’s pockets. It would explainanti-patriotic behavior of our so-called representatives and why they turned on us. I believe an audit would reveal this to be the case and I bet both the Clintons and Obamas acquired a lof of it through trusts, shell organizations, PACs, etc...

With some, their observations and opinions make me wonder. But from your very first sentence on, it's clear that we've been going to the same Theatre and watching the same show.
As you note, history has recorded the ending of similar stories many, many times before, so now we wait for the end of ours.
And, perhaps, we wait for the end of days or the end of these times (this epoch).
When Fate puts this much dynamite in one big pile, as is the case with our socioeconomic worldwide mess, it oughta blow up real good!

Did they actually do that? I thought the grain shortage was due to a volcanic eruption in Iceland, and the Jacobins merely took advantage of it.
Mister Bracken, another master stroke of clarity! One thing though: the oligarchy want to try and keep the election turnouts close, because a close election they can cheat either way as they choose. It is the landslide which makes their one or two million cheat votes ineffective. Make no mistake, our elections are no longerfree of tampering on a large scale, given 3000 counties into which the cheat may be spread.

My great-grandparents died in Europe in the 40s. The only thing of value they were able to get out of Germany was my great-grandfather's stamp collection. I have one third of it. I do not believe the other two-thirds survives.
