Julie Dombo - James Michael Phillips http://i.imgur.com/5vCo32L.png

Sadly, I believe a seriously emotionally damaged James Michael Phillips is a victim of America's expanding and shameful *National Epidemic of Child Abuse and Neglect,* aka *Poverty*, that for decades has deprived untold numbers of emotionally abused and neglected young developing children from experiencing and enjoying a safe, fairly happy American kid childhood.

Depraved acts of violence as well as other 'people and community' harming anti-social behaviors often occur when emotionally or physically abused and neglected developing young children mature into depressed, frustrated, sometimes suicidal *(NY Times May 18, 2015 - Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers)* teens or adults lacking empathy and compassion, though filled with rage and resentment for irresponsibly being introduced to a life of pain and struggle by a significant population of immature mostly single-moms who WILLFULLY IGNORE their parental responsibility and duty to their children, as well as their moral, ethical and societal obligation & duty to their neighbors and community to place the emotional well being of their children ABOVE ALL ELSE!!

How much longer will America ignore and TOLERATE OUR expanding sub-culture of grossly immature American teen girls and young women of African descent who selfishly subject our Nation's most valuable and precious assets to *Child Abuse and Neglect,* aka *Poverty,* by building families with too many mouths to feed, clothe and supervise?

Mouths attached to children who mature into depressed, angry, unpredictable teens and adults resenting their single-mothers and/or irresponsible dads for introducing them to a life of pain and struggle, yet want to blame everyone EXCEPT their moms and/or dads for depriving them of the opportunity to experience and enjoy a fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood with *Safe Streets* to play or travel on.

Question:

If Baltimore Mom of The Year Toya Graham had built a smaller family she could more easily provide for, nurture and supervise, would her depressed young teen son and many of his depressed, angry, frustrated teen classmates be in The Street acting with DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE toward human life by attempting to cause serious physical harm or to kill police officers attempting to protect Ms. Graham's peaceful neighbors from emotional and physical harm often caused to innocent people by depressed, angry frustrated, sometimes suicidal teens and young men who are peeved for irresponsibly being introduced to a life of struggle and hardship?

Speaking At The Eulogy For The Honorable Reverend Clementa Pinckney, President Barack Obama said:

*"Perhaps it causes us to examine what we’re doing to cause some of our children to hate."* *(Applause.)*

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T_GwYI7MnQ

Are we going to address this tough question posed by our president?

Are we going to take real, tangible action - sincerely and honestly working toward ending America's growing and shameful *National Epidemic of Child Abuse and Neglect*, aka *Poverty*, that for generations is responsible for populating our prisons and far too many American communities with depressed, angry American teens and adults full of rage for being irresponsibly introduced to a CHILDHOOD filled with pain and struggle?

Search: *Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers* By SABRINA TAVERNISE – MAY 18, 2015

Quoting the NYT article, *"The suicide rate among black children has nearly doubled since the early 1990s, surpassing the rate for white children, a new study has found."*

The tough question ALL Americans face is, "Who is responsible for traumatizing, abusing, neglecting, maltreating children to the point where depressed young kids, we're talking elementary school children, believe their lives are not worth living?"

Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke has repeatedly offered sound advice to all Americans, *"Fix the ghetto!"*

I'm with Sheriff Clarke. I believe we also need to re-examine society's child protection and welfare laws.

This video depicts horrific examples of men who were victims of childhood abuse and neglect, conditioning a young teen to embrace the criminal, anti-social 'Street Culture' *Baltimore Mom of The Year* failed to protect her teen son from...not to mention representing the fear, anxiety and stress peaceful people living and WORKING in the community experience knowing depressed, angry, unpredictable teens and young adults need to vent their angers and frustrations for being introduced to a life of pain and struggle by irresponsible, "living wild" (2015 Grammy winner and Childhood Trauma victim Kendrick Lamar's characterization of his parent's anti-social, violent felon embracing lifestyle) single moms and/or dads.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3ChOLiJa8k

If concerned, caring Americans GENUINELY wish to reduce gun and community violence that far too often emotionally and physically harms (or worse) our peaceful neighbors, the question all concerned, compassionate Americans MUST be asking ourselves, our elected, civil, social, community and religious leaders is, "What real, substantial changes in our society's attitude and laws need to occur to prevent abuse that often causes young kids to mature into depressed, frustrated, angry teens and adults as a result of experiencing the *emotional and/or physical trauma of an abusive childhood?"*

If we do not take affirmative action to protect children, "the ghetto" will continue to thrive, fueled by CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT parenting, resulting with depressed kids maturing into depressed teens and adults who often vent their angers and frustrations on their peaceful neighbors, instead of the apathetic, uncaring person(s) responsible for introducing them to a life of hardship, pain and struggle.

*America Needs To Re-Examine Child Welfare & Protection Laws*

Peace.

Doctors Ross and Dietz offer insights into how our Early Childhood Development plays a key role in determining the type of individual we mature into.

Robert K. Ross, MD, President and CEO of The California Endowment, addressed inmates at Ironwood State Prison offering a compelling overview of the role that exposure to childhood trauma plays in the lives of *emotionally troubled* and chronically ill American teens and adults.

At 2:12:25 in this documentary about Mafia hitman and victim of Early Childhood Trauma/Abuse, Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski, Dr. Park Dietz explains why young Richard most likely developed into a emotionally disturbed, paranoid, cruel, heartless teen and man who did not give a frig about anyone else, including his wife and kids.

the SAD thing is it hasn’t really affected my life, except for their voting habits.

My neighborhood is clean and great and friendly and white.

I wouldn’t care if it was half black if they were all lawyers, construction workers, engineers, cops, firemen, electricians etc

But instead they opt to stay mesmerized by the propaganda of hate greatly enhanced by LBJ and on a tear ever since.

It’s like when I started getting into trouble to spite my poor pop, who died of an aneurysm when I was 15.

I started noticing he wasn’t getting punished by the things I did, as he was dead. I was getting punished.

When I realized that, I turned things around.

BTW, pops was a great guy and better 15 years of great than 50 of lousy :)

I saw atrocious things driving a cab in the hood. Didn’t know humans could live like that.

Incest is RAMPANT in the inner-city black community, but we aren’t allowed to talk about that, are we...

My girlfriend worked in the Chester PA ER. She told me that there were so many cases of child abuse that the system would only remove the most hedonistic due to overload. Each abuse story was worse than the previous and so upsetting that I finally had to ask her not to tell me anymore. Like a young boy in for rectal reconstruction from an uncle who repeatedly sodomized him, only to be returned to the same situation. Don’t call them animals, it insults the animals. What kind of culture tolerates that?

Well, maybe if you left out the lawyers.

“I saw atrocious things driving a cab in the hood. Didn’t know humans could live like that.”

You can’t really call it living, it’s more like existing.

I no longer care about the black community.

As long as their color blames my color for their own failings, they can KMA.

I guess you could call me an African-American, though I reject that pc label, as I do any race-centric appellation.

I grew up in a loving home with a mother and father. I also knew both sets of my grandparents, and the rest of my extended family. But for the fact that I was an Army brat, and grew up on military bases in racially integrated communities, my childhood wasn’t all that much different from other black kids of the 50s and 60s.

But, there’s a lot of truth in that article. I’ve seen the pathology the author talks about first-hand. In my youth, it was something you only rarely saw amongst blacks. As decades passed, and the effects of the welfare system and intentionally dumbed down schooling took hold, those things became much more prevalent. When illegal drugs became rampant, and street gangs became too deeply rooted to remove, the situation went from bad, to nightmarish.

By 1982, I’d had enough, and disconnected from that community for good. It was obvious to me that that sub-culture had completely failed, and that it had become so toxic, that it was suicidal to remain a part of it.

In the decades since I left, it’s gotten even worse - a thing that I can hardly believe could even be possible. It’s now such a pathologically destructive culture, that one would literally have to be insane to be connected to it in any way.

I grieve for the innocent little children who are being born into that world. It is so far removed from the mainstream of America, and indeed, the rest of western civilization, that those children have almost no chance of coming out of there with a sense of pride and decency. Almost none of them today, have even the slightest connection to the larger culture they’ve been born into, and have very little reality on this place we call America.

In 1996 my wife and I took the classes to become certified, by New York City standards, Foster Care Providers. After several days in the class, we realized that we would seldom ever get children to care for. We were white and the vast majority of the children in New York needing Foster Care were not.

The class instructor begged us to stay and finish the classes because we were the only white couple who had nearly finished and he needed the numbers to show “their diversity”

The same thing happened in Texas a few years later.

Minority children had to be placed back into areas where they could receive culturally matching foster parents. Just like the ones who abused them in the first place.

Never did get a minority child, although we did get a two day old crack users baby and brought it back to a clean bill of help. (Wife is a nurse and knew just what to do).

The dirty little secret is that Child “Protective” Services has become a tool of the divorced, white, middle class “soccer mom” to get back at biodad when she doesn’t agree with biodad moving on with his life.

CPS is comprised of mostly white, middle class, divorced or remarried women who would never pursue REAL child abuse as that is FAR too dangerous AND politically INcorrect.

My hubs got CPS called on him by his ex-shrew (who actually works for CPS as a caseworker supervisor) for sending his daughter to time out for kicking her brother in the face.

She “embellished” the report with the help of the children lying against their dad to “make mommy happy.” Claimed daughter’s chapped lips from constantly biting her nails (just like the ex shrew does) was from dad “splitting her lip.”

It got traction as she used her influence to push it up the flag pole. was completely bogus, the children admitted lying and took me six months to get it overturned (gov’t process doncha know)

lol.

true story.

i told a lawyer family member that a good friend of mine in the vending machine business had been hit and killed by a drunk asian driver.

he was on his way to finish signing papers to sell his huge route and I Was quite upset.

He asks me “does the wife need a lawyer?”

God could have used a lawyer instead of a snake in the garden of Eden. no one would have known.

at the most.

it’s a different world. Like in “The Wanderers” when they drive through that horrible neighborhood that represents evil.

life is cheap and the “good’ folk from the “good” neighborhoods that go down there to get drugs..well..it rarely ends well.

the trip was called a crack and back. you bring them to get drugs the take them home.

some stories...almost assaulted (in that way) by two black dudes, saw a woman get mugged and kicked when she left the cab to get drugs (i went to help but they were done and gone quickly) multiple white girls beaten and raped in corridors over drugs in projects, (i went in to find and help them the first two times, that was it.)

two italian guys sold chalk dust instead of crack (which was common). But these were the wrong guys to do that to. Pulled out cannons and said “take us back”

i dropped them off and took off

Wrong. It's all whitey's fault.

Well, gosh darn it, if all those Evil Whiteys would quit flying those confederate flags, there wouldn't be all those problems in the black community.

And those confederate monuments are evil too. How many black males are gunned down by other black males because somebody failed to tear down a statue of Robert E. Lee? (smirk)

My Dad no longer cares for it and he came from the Hood, his Dad was not around, he joined the US navy for 20 years, now has two degrees and works management in the computer science sector, rest of the family is good too.

BTW I do not like the ethnic community term, you should become your own person and not subscribe to group think and I believe that is the problem, until they ditch that they are screwed.
