My comment was tongue in cheek. This cat is bar none the best I’ve ever had. Sleeps with me every night, greets me and follows me around like a dog and is a true friend.
I dread the day I lose her. But I know I will see her again someday. As we will see all of our FRiends again someday. I do believe that.

Sounds good! That and a fresh, empty cardboard box that she can enter into and sit in and she will be intrigued for quite some time, especially if you cut out some peep-slits and random holes in it for her to thrust paws through. *smile*
The cat ones are reasonably funny. But the dogs ones are stupid. WTH kinda person wrote this? Were they stoned? (You didn’t make this up, did you?)

Just take the bits you know you will not like and set them aside, then later on put them into a small plastic sandwich baggie with a bit of water and in approximately a week or so dump the ripe contents somewhere where the smell will not bother you in a bowl and watch your cat(s) gleefully gobble the tenderized bits right up -and the more ripe the better! *smile*
No, another FReeper replied to an earlier post about how cats were better than women by attempting to claim that dogs were better than men (she meant well) and I posted the responces to her claims after the original postings to show how I disagreed with her.
Cats truly are the best. :)
:-) I was mostly teasing. So many people have lost loved ones the last few years. I guess it just goes with getting older but it’s just murder. I’ll gratefully take any laugh I can get.
God Bless the FRiends who make us laugh everyday without even knowing they’re doing it. They’ve saved the day more times than I can count.
We have- & have always had, dogs. But it’s highly likely we may be adding a family member of the feline persuasion soon. All but one of the pups is on board (the Boston Chiweenie) but he’s really small, so maybe it will work out.

Yes, all the claims of Cat Superiority came from this fevered mind one afternoon, and with a bit of refinement and responces to the dogs-are-better claims I managed to create this solitary statement of haughty individualism that all cats possess innately, thus the long list.
Thus also the reason why we cat people know they are true friends and companions.

Right, well, I always claimed to love most all animals equally, so if you feel the need to jump on a CatzRule thread then I suppose I must forgo the normal indifference required and (smirkingly) await your observations on the matter.

for some reason when he lays on me on the couch he has the need to shove his face and teeth into the corner of the computer table.
i know it’s to leave a scent, but he REALLY overdoes it. licks it, pushes teeth into it., i have to stop him.
does my cat need Prozac?
