Same thing with Kelo. When SCOTUS handed that decision down, we were calling for their heads. There was even a move to condemn Souter's house and use his land to build the Lost Liberty Hotel. Today, Trump lines up to the left of Bernie Sanders on Kelo, yet we are to applaud Trump for being a staunch conservative? Bizarro indeed.

Trump says he wants to expedite them back legally, which would require quota-line-jumping legalization amnesty legislation.
Ryan and McConnell would have to get it passed and Trump would have to sign it into law. That would be a legal way of doing it.
Existing law does not allow for them to be expedited back when there are already quota lines that stretch out 5 to 10 years.

I would get people out and then have an expedited way of getting them back into the country so they can be legal . . . A lot of these people are helping us . . . and sometimes it's jobs a citizen of the United States doesn't want to do. I want to move 'em out, and we're going to move 'em back in and let them be legal.
The establishment hacks here who think that the GOPe is interested in fixing the same problems that they themselves created haven't been paying attention to the GOPe betrayals after the 2010, 2012, and 2014 elections.
And the fact that the GOPe is resorting to the same tawdry Democrat tactics- misquotation, character assassination, and smearing- proves that these people are precisely the same kinds of people as the Democrats are. They are liberals.
And like all other liberals, the best thing we can do is dope-slap them in 2016 and get them away from the controls of this country.

trump isn’t “moving to the center.” He’s on the left, and always has been. He’s just got a plurality of Republican voters snowed.
Trump says they all must go back. He says they all must be here legally. He says some can come back if they were positive while they were here.
So, they come back legally and not if they were involved in anything negative.
That’s the same as Cruz’s plan with all the visas. It must be legal.
I don’t actually like either Cruz or Trump’s plan. I want to freeze ALL immigration for 10 years.
I agree. I did not criticize Trump; just that he should clarify that point to address the criticism.
Cruz is my favorite and I am open to Trump clarifying his position that legally means going to the back of the line.
And this violence would be stimulated and caused for absolutely NO REASON except to gratify an angry group of Americans. There are much, much better, simpler, more peaceful, and ten times more effective ways to deport permanently the SAME NUMBER of illegals. Ted Cruz has been outlining it for years.
While we still have time, and it is growing short: dump Trump, choose Cruz.

He’s saying “expedite” them back if they were “productive” and not a dangerous criminal.
