The constant "drip, drip drip," regarding former Secretary of State Clinton's e-mail is starting to sound like so much inside baseball. Secretary Clinton continues to stand on her statement that none of the e-mail she sent or received had classified markings. Other folks in the conversation comment that many of the e-mails Secretary Clinton wrote and received were "born classified," at the time she wrote or received them.
We need to cut to the chase. Somebody committed a felony, likely several. If, as some reports have indicated, there was certain overhead imagery, marked or unmarked on Secretary Clinton's e-mail server, someone committed a serious crime. The way government information/automation systems are set up, someone had to take a deliberate series of felonious actions in order for that imagery to get there. Period.

The optics will be horrendous, but it will keep her out of prison.
I agree. This is the only way the drive-bys will cover it. Just imagine Cheney, if not Powell, pulling a stunt like this ... nuclear bombshell.

Cheney a good example. They would absolutely fry him. I know I'm just venting here, but I'm so sick of the double standard. Hillary's been committing felonies going back to the early 90s. . and yet, here we are, she's actually running for President.
Is This File The Source Of Hillary Clinton's "Brace For Impact" Warning?
Isn't this called evidence? The FBI will have the subject line. Wonder what it is?
Special Prosecutor ASAP.
Frankly, I’m not eager for her political death blow. Trump should stand on her feet and keep punching until the ‘primary’ bell rings.
That is espionage.
That gets people hung.
Essentially, Hanssen (prisoner #48551-083) is serving fifteen consecutive sentences of life in prison without the possibility of parole, and has been in total solitary confinement since 2002. He "lives" in a smallish prison cell with absolutely no human contact (no media, no computers, no reading material, no writing material). Medical staff at U.S. Penitentiary, Florence ADX say that as a result of being in solitary confinement for 15 years, Hanssen has essentially lost the ability to speak intelligibly.
Hillary won’t go down without bringing Hussein down with her.
I wonder who Joe DiGenova’s sources are? I don’t think he would be saying what he is saying in public if it weren’t so.
He has already said statutes of.limitation do not run out for six plus years. What’s the hurry? Charge and try her too soon and. Obama will have the power to pardon her.
Good point. Maybe best to just discuss it this year so she gets beat and then file charges next January. Trump or Cruz will not let this go. . and if Mark Levin is Attorney General. . .
Thanks for putting this out there, Art.

The Clinton's Arkansas years should be known by all millennials. I remember thinking he'll never get reelected in 96 after all of the revelations in The New American and The American Spectator. . but alas, he was. Most of the info was suppressed by the MSM. The MSM never changes, if anything it's worse. . the propaganda arm of the WH and the democrat party. . worse than the old Soviet Pravda.
One intelligence source told Fox News that FBI agents would be "screaming" if a prosecution is not pursued because "many previous public corruption cases have been made and successfully prosecuted with much less evidence than what is emerging in this investigation."
Add the email server laws broken, the making our whole national database hackable and the pay-to-play charges. . the indictable offenses are indeed stacking up.
