Ted Cruz has associated himself with a man who says the Catholic Church supports pedophilia; and Christians should execute homosexuals. If Cruz becomes the Republican nominee this would destroy any chance he might have of defeating Hillary Clinton. If this doesn’t stir his supporters to think twice, it ought to.
On Friday, November 6, 2015 Cruz attended a campaign rally in Des Moines, Iowa, hosted by a Colorado pastor who frequently calls for putting gay people to death. The Pastor, Kevin Swanson, is well known for calling for Christians to execute homosexuals just the same as the Islamists do and Hitler’s Nazi Germany did. Pastor Swanson has accused the Catholic Church of wanting to “legitimize†child molestation saying, “The Catholic Church will never be able to legitimize pederasty.â€
This is Rev. Jeremiah Wright type hate.
When asked how he could attend a rally coordinated by Pastor Swanson, Cruz told ABC News: “Listen, I don’t know what this gentleman has said or hasn’t said. I know that when it comes to religious liberty, this is a passion of mine and has been for decades and that I have been fighting for religious liberty for everyone.†Thinking this would be the end of this matter is delusional.
Cruz knew exactly who Pastor Swanson is and what he is all about, but denied any knowledge of the man’s past statements. For a man who is as careful with his words as Cruz, this is very hard to believe. For a Republican presidential candidate this would be a major problem.
Swanson has been calling for the execution of gays...

I would vote for Trump over any Democrat, without enthusiasm. I don’t think we can’t count on him to restore America. He will continue the decline, albeit more slowly, IMO.

And how is Pastor Swanson accusing the Catholic Church of wanting legitimize pederasty." All i can find is that an intro to some sermons uses the quoted line as one of many things that will not happen:

The "Coach" did not even care to provide a source for this out-of-context statement, and his real objection seems to be that Swanson is "anti-Catholic," a pejorative term that is used like "homophobic" to intimidate those who sincerely object to it.
How would the Coach feel if it was a traditional Catholic that coordinated the rally Cruz attended, of the kind that longs for a RC monarchy and the days and means of the Inquisitions, requiring Catholic rulers to exterminate all the heretics? Or if it was a typical liberal Catholic that coordinated the rally?
Being a member of this site, I think I'm in a better position to know of little known facts that occur across this nation than Ted Cruz.

To laud Casino owning Trump over Cruz simply because he went to a rally coordinated by a man who sometimes criticizes the Catholic church (SSPX or SSPV people might sound worse) testifies to Collins as being one of those “protect the (so-called one true) church at all costs to credulity†type Catholics.

I agree and I can't understand how and why he is allowed to continue to post his blog.
It's one thing to post one's blog articles but if you're not going to address and answer the questions directed to your commentary then you need to be removed......
