That's exactly what I thought when I was posting it.
Here is a theory for you.
They see Trump as being nearly unstoppable. They have always believed that opposing Obama would cost the republicans wins, so.... They want to lose so badly, they will do anything.
My belief? I don’t care what they think. Obama needs to be impeached and imprisoned. I don’t think it would stop Trump or Cruz from beating Hillary.
Yes, as I read the articles, I clearly see how today’s lawlessness neatly fits into many of them as you point out. It is chilling to note that and to think our ancestors went to war over similar injustices and infringements.
Way too many other things to worry about. You know, things like, making sure people register drones.

I’m going to respectfully dis-agree with you and those freepers that automatically go cynical, not that that is not a pretty safe thing to do these days.
I read these articles word for word and I found a lot of stuff this guy has allegedly done that I never heard of. What he is being accused of in these Articles of Impeachment is firing squad type stuff and please no one write me that “it’ll never happen”. My up front answer is that reading this tonight made me start thinking we are WAAAAAYYYYYYY more in trouble than any of us know and I can imagine 13 cross over votes in the Senate when the very survival of this country is at stake.
For far less dirty deeds a handful of Republican Senators did tell Nixon face to face that he should resign because they would cross the isle and vote with Democrats to convict him on comparative traffic tickets contrasted to these impeachment articles against Obama I read tonight.
It could happen again and I say that because if these articles ARE TRUE we are in deeper doo doo than anyone at FR has heretofore imagined.
Too little too late. THE MF will be gone in 11 months.
