Veteran pollster Pat Caddell says he agrees with the premise that America today is closer to another revolution than at any time in recent history, adding, "The strength of this country comes from its people and it has a political system that is run, now, to the exclusion of its people - you have three quarters of the American people saying the government in Washington does not rule with the consent of the governed."
Caddell told Breitbart News Daily host Stephen K. Bannon that the current $1.1 trillion 2,000-plus page omnibus bill is "the greatest disaster anyone ever saw because of the deals being cut."
Caddell cited elements of the bill that are still being discovered, such as the upping of the number of foreign visas. Caddell was referring to a provision that was outrageously

I’ve listened to Caddell over the years; he too is fed up, surprising he doesn’t abandon the ‘rats.
Pat Cadell is the only Democrat that has a lick of common sense. I used to wonder why he remained A Democrat. Then I realized he just knew something many years before I did. There is no difference between the parties.
Cruz, Lee, Sessions, Paul and a few others on the House side should just form a different party. It would become a majority party in a few election cycles.
And they should reserve the right to kick out anyone that votes against the party more than 75% of the time (allowing for a few minor disagreements).
There’s only two Democrats I respect: Pat Caddell and Alan Dershowitz.
If it doesn't happen in 2016, it ain't gonna happen, and we will find ourselves kneeling to accept our chains. Will there be pockets of resistance? Sure there will. But ultimately, the chains will be placed.
Never say never, we may soon not have nearly as much to lose. There is a reason they are trying very hard to eliminate weapons from private hands, and it isn’t to make us safer.
Caddell is one democrat I can appreciate- He rips both sides- and doesn’t pull punches just because he’s a democrat commenting on the crap democrats are pulling-
I read something awhile back by him when dear leader pulled some crap on the nation, and wow! He launched into how unpatriotic it was, how much of a betrayal it was- I was shocked a democrat was saying that (I think it had to do with the HC act- but it mighta been one of any number of executive orders- can’t remember exactly what it was about now, but remember being stunned a democrat was saying the things he was saying)
“If theyâre going to other countries, let âem escape, and good riddance.”
No, those traitors need to tracked down by hounds to the far ends of the earth. No sanctuary on the French Riviera for them!
I agree, but who does he turn to? Certainly not the Republicans as we know.
Half the population is below average.
The political ruling class depends on that fact for their continued hold on power.
No, they will never chain me, at least while I still breathe.
They don't think their base is stupid; they know their base is stupid.
Before I quit the Republican Party, I was a precinct committeeman. Trying to organize the Republican rank-and-file was like organizing cats—dead cats. When we would phone all the registered Republicans in the precinct to try to get them off their butts to attend a meet-n-greet with their local state congressmen, the response was about 4 people out of 400. (And that's 2 if you don't count the 2 committeemen.
During that era, I attended the Colorado state convention as a delegate. I've never seen so many creepy people in the same place at the same time. My last memory of the event (while I was creeping out early at the end to beat the rush) was a crowd of morons screaming like a bunch of Hitler Youth while Dan Maes took the stage.
Among other things, my health ins went up another $250 this year. It has gone up from between $200 and $400 every year for the past three years.
My property tax went up $300.
I’m paying $15,000/yr more in mandatory fees than three years ago In exchange for exactly nothing.
Yeah, I’m pretty p*ssed, too.
This is why so many support Trump. He will lead the revolution and it will be televised. However, much to the chagrin of our enemies, it will be bloodless.
Yes, correct. It won’t be until the govt printing presses run out of paper.
So long as there are mortgages to pay, car payments to make, "affordable" healthcare premiums to meet, big screen TV's to buy, booze to drink and sports games to watch, it won't happen. ALL of that must be removed before America wakes. By then, it will be far too late.
Even if people are not stupid, they are either uninformed or indoctrinated with the wrong ideas as to why the Founding States made the Constitution.
In fact, patriots should start asking people why the delegates to the Constitutional Convention made the Constitutions Section 8 of Article I, and then let us know how many blank looks they get in response.
And the GOPe, the conservative front-end for the corrupt Washington cartel, has been successfully exploiting this ignorance imo.
You are not alone.
