The professional apparatus of the Republican Party are signaling their intent to do exactly what we predicted they would do. Trump will win the primary, and the GOPe will split the party to run an additional candidate in the general election.
Itâs not Trump going third party â Itâs the establishment GOP (GOPe) intending to go third party. They are planning a modified version of the Mississippi Strategy from 2014.

The GOPE hates Cruz...so don't bet on him at all!
If anything, the GOPe will back Rubio.

If trump becomes president i could see him then creating a new party once in power and inviting congressional republicans and the remnants of the blue dog dems to join it dealing a major blow to both establishment parties. Now that Grace, is profoundly interesting. Very interesting.

At one of his rallies, a vet told Trump about the problems he was having with the VA and his back pay. Trump told him that he would take care of it.
A few days later, he got a call from the VA and EVERYTHING he needed to be taken cares of, was taken care of !

Trump v Cruz v Hillary.
If Cruz ran after the GOPe pushed Trump out in a dirty fashion, that would say something about Cruz's character that I don't believe is true. But then again, I never thought Cruz would vote the way he did on TPA. So I guess anything is possible. I only speak for myself, but I would vote Trump.

You think they will run Romney as 3rd party?
To: Bobalu
"If Romney ran 3rd party then IMO Trump would win but not enough electoral votes to keep it from going to the House." That would be the plan of last resort, send the election to the GOPe controlled House.

Can't believe I'm having to say this, but GOPe loathes Cruz more than they do Trump. Cruz betrayed them. They just fear Trump.
Ya, I remember how pissed they were when Cruz voted for TPA and the corker bill. And if you believe the GOPe was pissed, then you gotta believe his big money donors were furious.

It is good to see Trump coming around on conservative issues. Too bad he was for Obamacare, of course until he thought he would run for President. Didn’t think Pam Geller should have upset the Muslims, until he decided to run for President. I like Trump but he is not a stalwart of conservatism. Never has been. Nothing personal.
To: july4thfreedomfoundation
So much to think about, and it is not fun anymore with all the nasty things I am hearing about what the RNC may do.
Yes, Trump has the money, Cruz does not. But, perhaps Trump will step in to help him. They are making Trump mad enough he is liable to do most anything to help himself or CRUZ.
I reject any thought of him running 3rd party to help Hillary, that is insane don't you think. He may run 3rd party, but to win it. I think I am getting sick now just thinking of what is ahead. Just crap, one time since Reagan we have a chance to take it back and I hear all this. I want to say just Sheeeetttttt real loud. lol

Romney?
Why not just leave Yeb in there?
It’s 3% of the white male vote either way
Romney really wants to be a 2-time loser?

You are not qualified to make that determination for anyone but yourself. Stop pretending you are.
To: JoSixChip
Well then I will say Cruz is a conservative-but this applies only to myself. I am not pretending that anyone would agree with me.

Between Hillary and Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio, who would you vote for? That is the point I vote for an alternative that does not involve the Uniparty and its rigged elections.

(There are two Republican parties--the GOPe and the PRP (People's Republican Party). PRP will win.)

You're right.
But Cruz outed the senate GOPe trick of voting for closure (when it mattered) and against the bill (when it didn't matter.)
Not to mention the government shutdown.
Don't try to tell me the Senate GOPe doesn't loathe "wacko bird" Cruz.

As a McDaniel supporter in Mississippi, I am no longer a GOP supporter and my dislike for the GOPe is that of mine for the DNC. We no longer have a voice and are ruled by an oligarchy. I think its time for a more radical change within our government.
