Probably Jeb...i would assume that Jeb and his operatives are intimately (no pun) aware of every detail of Marco’s life. Hell, Jeb and the boys may even have introduced them (assuming this is true).

The source (FITSnews) is shakey. The guy that runs it once claimed to have had an affair with Nikki Haley. He dropped that bomb right before Election Day. Obviously, it didn’t work, as Haley is currently the Governor of South Carolina.
