Many pundits like to use the term "Islamo-Fascism" as a political metaphor, but strangely, they have far less interest in actually connecting the dots historically. Yet the actual historical connections between Muslims, Germany, Fascism, Nazism and Neo-Nazism runs deep. I’m sure you’ll find your way back. The German connection to Jihadi activity it well and solidly documented. And you’ll find that Mein Kampf is a top seller in the moslem world.
You got that right. Whatever Hitler may have fantasized about muslims, projecting that to today is lunacy. I’ve never heard about skinhead neo-nazis taking a collection to build a mosque. They want that scum GONE, which may be their only redeeming feature.
Actually the article is fairly solid, though it overlooks Islampolitik during WW I: The Germans pressed the Sultan/Caliph to formally declare jihad against France, Britain and Russia in hope of provoking uprisings in French Africa and the India, which he eventually did, but to little effect.
Turkey, a Muslim country fought as an ally of the Kaiser in WW 1.
