Agreed. It's the first one that comes to mind. What I found, watching every episode on DVD, is that most of the real classic comedy (TURKEYS DON'T FLY etc) was in the first two years.

I still remember the episode with Johnny Fever scared that the “phone cops” were after him, and the drinking study where he got faster reaction times the more he drank.

One of my favorite episodes of WKRP was the one where Carlson yelled out, 'I'VE GOT A MONKEY ON MY FOOT.'

That cracked me up even more than the episode with 'As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly."

The only problem with WKRP reruns or DVDs is the original music was cut. They didn’t buy the rights for long term, back in the beginning. The music they’re trying to substitute just doesn’t work. Especially with Johnny.
