‘No one’s talking about confiscating your guns’ - except Hillary Clinton

Round 'em up.

When it comes to guns, every single political observer knows precisely what the left wants. If they had their way, your 2nd Amendment rights would be eliminated, private firearm ownership would be a thing of the past, and they’d be able to lord over a nation of impotent, neutered, sheep. Of course, they never admit that.

Every member of the liberal machine, be they a member of the media or an actual politician, has one well-rehearsed answer about gun control: “No one’s talking about confiscation. We just want common sense reforms.”

Note that they don’t say they’re not interested in confiscation - just that no one’s “talking about it.”

Obama has repeatedly talked about the Aussie experience, which was nationwide gun grabbing after one shooting. Here are just three examples. I didn't look hard to find them

When Progressives lie, a larger and larger part of the electorate loves it.

When they say “common sense” gun control measures and then mention the UK and Australia, confiscation is exactly what they mean!

old saying; if you don't use it you lose it certainly applies to the 2nd amendment with respect to its original intent to throw off tyranny

You’re allowed to purchase one single shot or double barrel shotgun per year, one bolt action or single shot rifle, and store up to 100 rounds of ammunition for the gauge of shotgun or caliber of rifle you have on file with the government. For .22LR the government will generously up that to 500 rounds.

No semi-automatic or pump shotguns, no semi-automatic or lever action rifles, no magazines (attached or detachable) that can hold more than 5 rounds plus one in the chamber. (Again, out of the generosity of their hearts, the government will allow 10 round .22LR magazines.)

Since you are able to own a government approved “arm,” the spirit of the Second Amendment has been fulfilled.

This is what Shrillary wants, and this is what she’ll get if she is able to repack the Supreme Court.

Hitler, Stalin, mao Tse Dong, ho Chi Minh, Idi Amin, Fidel Castro, Mussolini, any of the Eastern European countries of The Warsaw Pact, and now Obama-the mulatto queer-in-chief, Sanders, and Clinton in this country.

Dictators cannot dictate to an armed populace, without one person screaming ‘fred you!’.

I suggest that, if possible, everyone look, within their own state laws, on private sales, and whether they can negate the information on that FBI background check form, which ties a firearm purchase to a name and address.

Here, within Louisiana, firearms purchased IN STORES are held to the FBI background check, ONLY. No other forms, by state laws. Inter-personal sales are as existent as ghosts, no paperwork required, by law.

I suggest to keep a bill of sale, or a receipt of gifting, to shove in the faces of those who work in that basement in Washington, D.C. “See! I ain’t got it no more!”

Until a Federal registration law for all firearms is passed in Congress & signed by POTUS, Hillary can take her “Australian solution” for guns & go climb a tree. Even then there will be massive civil disobedience.

If she says in an EO, “Mr. & Mrs. America, turn them all in!”, there will be even greater public defiance.

“No one’s talking about confiscation. We just want common sense reforms.”

And again I will post this blast from the past. One step at a time gun control.

Nelson T. ‘Pete’ Shields
Founder of Handgun Control, Inc.

“I’m convinced that we have to have federal legislation to build on. We’re going to have to take one step at a time, and the first step is necessarily — given the political realities — going to be very modest.

Of course, it’s true that politicians will then go home and say, ‘This is a great law. The problem is solved.’ And it’s also true that such statements will tend to defuse the gun-control issue for a time.

So then we’ll have to strengthen that law, and then again to strengthen that law, and maybe again and again. Right now, though, we’d be satisfied not with half a loaf but with a slice. Our ultimate goal — total control of handguns in the United States — is going to take time.

My estimate is from seven to ten years. The problem is to slow down the increasing number of handguns sold in this country. The second problem is to get them all registered. And the final problem is to make the possession of all handguns and all handgun ammunition — except for the military, policemen, licensed security guards, licensed sporting clubs, and licensed gun collectors — totally illegal.”

-Pete Shields, Chairman and founder, Handgun Control Inc., “A Reporter At Large: Handguns,” The New Yorker, July 26, 1976, 57-58

“Yes, I’m for an outright ban [on handguns].”

-Pete Shields, Chairman emeritus, Handgun Control, Inc., 60 Minutes interview

HCI, around 1984, came out in favor of a ban on semi-auto rifles and shotguns.
