There is a meme circulating that appears to be making fun of Dr Ben Carson’s wife, Lacena. The meme shows the image of the Carsons next to a picture of the Obamas, highlighting the difference in beauty between Mrs. Carson and Mrs. Obama. There is also a noticable difference in the ladies’ style of dress and fashion sense. While Mrs. Obama will go down in history as one of the gorgeous first ladies of all-time, Mrs. Carson probably will not.
Some think the image is funny and realistic, but others have taken offense. Demetria Luca, writing for TheRoot.com, says this:
I’m no fan of presidential candidate Ben Carson. I don’t like his politics. He receives his fair share of ire from potential voters, but he asked to be dissected in the media, traditional and social, when he announced his bid for the presidency. Candy Carson did not. There are plenty of exceptionally valid reasons to rage about Ben Carson without adding his wife to the mix.
I guess you don't remember what was said about Nancy Reagan, Laura Bush, or Mitt Romney's wife while there husbands were serving or running for office by the left and/or the media. They didn't talk about looks so much as other things, but the wife's were not off limits. To think otherwise is utter BS.
I remember wearing a tux that bad, actually worse, to a 1970’s prom. God bless the good doctor and his wife. We all had pretty embarrassing (when we look at photos and get laughed at by our kids) taste back then.
so Obama works hard to “look white” she is better than a black woman who looks black and comfortable with it?
Usually black women are snappy dressers. But if she became first lady, she’d have a makeover and look quite attractive, I’m sure. Black conservatives get a hell of a beating from racist libs - a hell of a beating.

And I’d bet she has a healthy brain, also!
Now brides come to their weddings half-naked.
I don’t know if black women are normally smart looking or not but the blue polka dot skirt appears to be an attempt at a patriotic ensemble. Maybe that is part of the problem. Candy will need a mild glam makeover as befits a concert violinist with a triple major from Yale but there is no doubt she would hold her own very nicely with world leaders and former First Ladies, as will her husband.
She looks like Bill Cosby in that picture.
Honestly, I sat very near Mrs. Carson at one of her husband’s speaking engagements,and when I first saw her I thought she was probably his mother. I was surprised when she was introduced as his wife. There is nothing about her that is ugly, she just doesn’t seem interested in looking “fashionable “. However, if she did use one quarter of the stylists, makeup artists and fashion consultants that the mooch uses , she would look a million times better than that tranny does.
She needs a face lift.
When you have a face that would make a warthog run the other direction, “gorgeous” isn’t subjective.
Wow she has a man’s arms. Actually the whole body looks manly.
She looks like a decent woman.
