The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2
It seems Jennifer Lawrences thoughts on Donald Trump echo Katniss Everdeens feelings toward President Snow. For the uninitiated, that means shes not a fan. During a lively conversation with the three leads of the final installment of The Hunger Games franchise, Mockingjay Part 2, the Republican presidential candidate became the topic of conversation.
If Donald Trump becomes president, that will be the end of the world, says Lawrence.
Her co-star Liam Hemsworth feels the same: Ill back you up on that, he adds.
Josh Hutcherson, the third lead in the massive franchise, cant quite believe Trumps run for the presidency is legitimate. Its a publicity stunt, he says. It cant be real.
Lawrence doesnt seem quite sure of his validity either. I genuinely believe that reality television has reached the ultimate place where now even things like this might just be for entertainment, she says. Its either that or its Hillarys brilliant idea.
She adds, I was watching him on the campaign trail and one guy said, I love Donald Trump because hes saying everything Im thinking and I just cant say it because of the PC factor. And Im thinking, You are absolutely right. Thats who I want representing my country, somebody politically incorrect. That will just be perfect.
I’m always amazed at actors who make a living speaking lines written by some else think people give a damn what they think.
She's a baby, and irrelevant.
Pretty face, empty head.
Well I’ll give her some credit for at least going for Cruz instead of the usual RAT. And I really did enjoy her movies and her acting. But her remarks about Trump are just plain stupid, so, another Hollywood boycott...boy I’m saving money and not missing much.
The end of the world to the Hollyweird idjits. Bring it on.
Who?
Time to change your tagline, Naps.
She overcompensates WAY too much, sucks all the air out of the room. She must be unbearable to date, even if she is attractive.
Why wouldn’t it be a legit question? I didn’t know who the bimbo was, either. Not everyone keeps up with the hollywood trash. I’m proud to say that I haven’t been to the movies 1989, when I was in high school. Hollywood is simply not worthy of my time.
Well said. I’m very proud to say that I don’t know who she is either. It’s sad to see some posters on FR slobber over the hollywood idiots just like the liberals do.
I admire her acting abilities. I also think she’s pretty darn cute..girl next door cute, but not gorgeous. I personally think her elbows are too pointy ;)
/s (for those playing at home)
Time to change your tagline, Naps.
Unfortunately you are right. I forgot about that. I will have to think up something. I am for Trump I guess right now. Maybe Cruz eventually if he gets the nom. I am 0 for 0 between 2012 and 2016........I feel like I pick the best candidates but America is not for the best anymore.
I agree dumb, but she often says things that make people do a double take. I think that is part of her gig. However, it is rather hypocritical of her to be a little negative on Trump when she does the same thing.
Well, you don’t have to place your final choice in your tagline. Put in a saying, for example, something funny or profound. I’ve kept Rev. Al’s famous verbal gaffe for quite some time as my tagline. The wisdom of a charlatan.
That is a good idea.
“Total ignorance of the entertainment industry is a GOOD thing.”
“Im proud to say that I havent been to the movies 1989...”
I remember seeing Jimmy Swaggart bragging to his “flock” on TV about how, “he had never been to a Hollywood movie”. Of course we now know that Jimmy was paying whores in hotel rooms to masturbate for him. Maybe he should have paid a few bucks to see Star Wars instead. Just sayin’.
