Crisis Managed is not Crisis Ended
If you tuned in Sunday morning to see the “inevitable” candidate’s Meet The Press interview with Chuck Todd, you likely noticed the moment of “the big fail.” Yes, the whole segment was another in a long line of Hillary Clinton’s poor performances, but one question really stood out as problematic.
Check Todd acknowledged that Democrats are nervous over Hillary’s seemingly endless scandals, and he offered her the chance to reassure them that there was nothing more to the email story:
Billious knows that it does not matter how bad the thing is, the hiding of it and the stalling is what hurts you, not the crimes themselves.
She can’t...all she knows how to do is lie, cheat, steal, kill people, and my biggest question is: WHY WOULD WE WANT TO RE LIVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CLINTONS?
I think she says so because she doesn’t know just how much she “they” have on her.
She can’t dump too many documents because if she does some of them can be used to indict her—especially if “they” hadn’t known about it yet.
She’s always tried to play stupid when confronted. e.g, “Like with a cloth?”
She doesn’t know how much the FBI knows. She wants them to make more moves before she tries her next ploy.

Since we know there was Top Secret data on her unsecured server, we also know the following:
Somebody downloaded Top Secret data from the Secure system.
They then stripped the Classification markings from the data.
They then uploaded this data to an unsecured system.
Then they e-mailed the data to Hillary.
Each of these is a Felony.
Nobody would do this without direction from Hillary.
Hillary and the facilitating party belong in jail.

“Nobody would do this without direction from Hillary.” - this will be the hardest to prove in a court of law - that she actually directed people (read: Cheryl, Huma) to take such actions.
Actually, it should be easy to prove in court.
You go after the little fish first.
“Did you know this was wrong?”
“Then why did you do it?”
Especially if you immunize just one of them.
This should be an easy trap if the FBI wants to nail her. They question her about a specific subject which they’ve previously confirmed she was involved with. Of course she doesn’t know what they know, so she denies it and she’s trapped in perjury.
