The left is going bananas over Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis and her refusal to issue marriage licenses to gays. They applaud the heavy hand of the government and rejoice that a judge has taken the extraordinary step of having her placed behind bars, guarded by U.S. Marshals.
The double standard revealed her is astonishing. Now keep in mind that gay marriage is in no way every mentioned in the constitution. Nor is marriage generally. But the 2nd Amendment makes it abundantly clear that every American has a right to keep and bear arms.
There is no question on this. None at all. Which is why a federal court struck down California's strict, unconstitutional concealed carry rules.

The jackbooted liberal thugs are only out to get Christians and conservative Americans. Everyone else gets a free pass. Especially politicians. Corrupt liberal politicians “bring home the bacon” for the freeloaders.
Perhaps the right is acting the way they think the world should be (people politely respecting each others rights). This is an affliction we usually ascribe to the left. However, acting the way the world actually is (being forceful and masculine), is something that the left, ironically, is more likely to do to get their way.
You don’t see the right staging sit-ins or sitting in trees or blocking waterways to stop something they disagree with, for example. Civil disobedience on the right is only an occasional thing, e.g. Kim Davis.
Glad to see that there are a few sane judges on the Nutty Ninth Circuit.
Now to get some sanity in the leftist sheriffs of California esp. in San Francisco. Surprised that Orange County has a problem but it’s not the same OC of old.
It would be nice if most, if not all of the states set up a national commission to look into the whole issue of CCWP and suggest an universal set of very clear and pragmatic rules for obtaining a permit.
With the rise of mental cases with access to guns, there is a major need to address mental illness as both a reason for not granting a CCP or for carrying one against people who have made credible threats against others (I have been in such a situation).
Sandy Hook school house shooting is a perfect example of two nuts with legal access to guns. The same for the Colorado theater shooter. These nuts have to be watched (i.e. profiled) but you and I should not be denied a permit to defense ourselves from them.
I thought the one nut in Sandy Hook shooting took one of his mother’s guns after he killed her? Who is the other nut?

Has anyone obtained their CCW license by taking this Internet course? I was not aware that Virginia has legislated this approach. You will have to go back to the article to get the active link. It sounds legit but I would like verification. Thanks.
This is a political media show ploy, she should have been removed from her post if she wasnt following this “anti majority law” put forth by the feckless pandering politicians who find it easier to side with anyone who will give them less heartburn thier vote and a slap on the back.The same goes for the muslim flight attendant who refused to offer liquor because of her religion, this is your problem honey, your fired!
There is a lot of people that the left think should be in jail. This story is not about homo marriage…it’s about a woman who has followed her conscience and is protesting the ripping apart of babies. The story is from Canada and shows how quickly the rights of the individual will be violated and disappear once the left takes hold and gain control of the courts etc. Absolutely disgusting and numbing and it demonstrates that one can never give in even a fraction to these freedom destroyers.
