Sophia was air lifted again to the Dallas area after another stroke. The doctors now believe she may have something called Pediatric Central Nervous System Vasculitus as new images show other arteries in the brain beginning to close with inflammation. Her situation is very bad and treatment includes forms of chemotherapy to suppress her immune system to hopefully decrees the inflammation. My husband and I are considering transferring her care to Boston Children’s or Cleveland Clinic which has a vasculitus center. My mother flew in with my son so I am cherishing every second with him in case we leave and he has to return to Califirnia with my mom. Please keep her in your prayers, I will keep you posted.
Btw, I left you in charge of the country back in April before her strokes began.....what happened to America???!!! ;)
I told her I have no excuse for the shape the country is in but if she'd allow me more time, I could come up with as good an excuse as the occupant in our house in DC.... Lord help us all!

I don’t know but I’ve sent the thread to her mom and perhaps she can find the time to read all the gracious replies and could answer that question. Thank you so much everyone!
Hello to all thank you thank you thank you for all of your prayers we know they are being heard. I looked up tpa and she doesn’t have a clot she has inflammation in the cerebral arteries which have resulted in the complete closure of her right carotid artery and now the left carotid and two coming from her neck are narrowing with inflammation. I give her two injections a day of the blood thinner Lovenox which is helping some in keeping the major strokes under some control but she is still having damaging infarctions and TIAs.
Why am I so bothered by the mistake in the copied post typing decrees when I meant decrease....stress I guess
