I suppose I will be accused of sexism for perpetrating the sterotype of the dumb woman, but really now, how can any rational, objective observer of the antics of State Department spokesperson Marie Harf come to any other conclusion than she's a dimwit?
Responding to a brilliant op-ed in the Wall Street Journal by former Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger and George Schultz, Harf moved David Brooks to ask Hugh Hewitt, "Are we in nursery school"?

“I wouldn’t say that it’s damning,” Harf said of Kissinger and Shultz’s damning verdict on the Iran deal. “And I didn’t hear a lot of alternatives. I heard a lot of big words and big thoughts in that piece, and those are certainly – there’s a place for that – but I didn’t hear a lot of alternatives of what they would do differently.”
The notion that no one has submitted any alternatives to the administration’s terrible Iran deal is a convenient but baseless straw man that it trots out whenever confronted with an incontrovertibly accurate critique of the deal. It is, of course, not true. It doesn’t take a genius to identify in those “big words” deployed by these two former statesmen to identify alternative proposals.

I respectfully disagree with the characterization of stupid or idiot or other labels for Harf that focus on low intelligence. I think she is of average intelligence, maybe a bit more. No, she has other qualities that produce the garbage that comes out of her mouth: 1) she is craven; she is so slavishly devoted to her political religion that it is nothing to her to say anything and everything in the service of her faith; 2) she is arrogant, incredibly arrogant, which is why she doesn’t blanche at saying things so insulting to even the most modest intellect. The two go very nicely hand in hand. When you are a true believer, you say anything you want and you don’t give a damn about what anyone else thinks because you are doing it for your righteous cause.
In other words, she’s a liberal.

One must recall that she is not, thank God, in any sort of decision-making position, but that she is serving to insulate those who are from serious questions about the policies they're putting in place that will affect us all. That is a cheat in a government supposedly accountable to the citizens. It is abusive, it is a complete betrayal of the entire reason for the existence of the offices they're occupying to their own benefit instead of the country's. Insofar as Harf's monumental intellectual incapacity serves any function at all, it is the protection of an enormous swindle.
She’s smart enough to be pulling down a 6 figure income while laughing at us dumb “teabaggers”. In her defense I think most of us would appear stupid trying to find ways to cover for Obola’s treason on a daily basis.
Don’t forget that Marie Harf was a CIA analyst, expert on the Middle East.

And reliable sources in the State Department Human Resources Office report that Marie's full last name is, in fact, HARFWIT but Hillary suggested she shorten it lest it diminish her credibility as the department's spokesperson.
And this just in: It's reported that Marie is moving over to the Labor Department to run the just created Jobs for Jihadis Program!
