Ted Cruz as liberal boogeyman is causing an unforced error. Pivoting from he can’t win to destroy him is going to keep him in the news for weeks.
At this point in the primary cycle, all exposure is good exposure. “We hate Ted,” isn’t a bad message for a conservative to have endlessly repeated. Eventually, these yahoos are going to realize this.
