With each new extra-constitutional action taken by President Obama (they’re slowly becoming too numerous to count) a chorus of impeachment talk inevitably rises then just as inevitably fades. Conventional wisdom is that hardline establishment Republicans or Tea Party-backed hyper-partisans would be the ones to lead the impeachment charge. But in this case, conventional wisdom is flawed. The ones who ought to be doing any and everything within their power to impeach and remove this president are our nation’s Democrats!
Barack Obama is doing damage to the Democrat Party that, while not irreparable, may well take decades if not longer to recover from. Not just on Capitol Hill -- from Canada to Mexico, Atlantic to Pacific, governor’s mansions to local school boards Obama is obliterating Democrats everywhere. He’s fortifying red state strongholds, turning purple states red, and even toppling Democrat seats in solidly blue states. Republicans should almost lament the 22nd Amendment. With another term in office Obama could well deliver the governorships of California and New York to go along with the gifts of Maryland, Illinois, and Massachusetts he just airmailed them in November.

Don’t kid yourself. One more term of Obama/Clinton or Fauxahontas and the USA would make Soviet Russia or China look like an experiment in democracy. His goal is to make the USA into a socialist/marxist state. After that naught else matters.
He isn’t damaging the Progressive movement a bit. The actual Democrat party is expendable now that the GOP Elite has taken up the red banner. Stop thinking in the old two party paradigm! It’s dead. Its been dead for a decade.

If there is ever a demand for impeachment coming from the Democrats, the Establishment Republicans will simply quash any such movement. What would be effective is what happened in August of 1974, when a delegation of Republican Senators and Congressmen marched down Pennsylvania Avenue and confronted Richard Nixon directly, demanding he resign. Nixon chose to resign, rather than take a chance with impeachment (which has proved to be an very ineffective way to remove a President).
But Democrats have far too little gumption or conscience to ever take such a step.

Why are tea-party-ers “hyper-partisan” and Democrats are just Democrats? If you want to see hyper-partisanship in action just criticize Obama.
The problem is that we keep thinking that the Democrats want to win elections because they want to govern. That’s not true. The Democrats want to win elections so that they have access to the public treasuries so they can loot them.
If Obama wanted to govern, he’d pay more attention to foreign policy. Instead, he goes golfing. No serious socialist would golf as much as Obama does. No one serious about governing our nation would golf as much as Obama does.
Because Obama, a Democrat, is President, the Democrat Party has access to the public treasuries. You don’t hear them screaming because they’re doing fine.
I hope he has everlasting negative effects on the Commie Dem Party.
Exactly; I refer to our current one party system as: The Progressive Liberal Democrat/Rino Communist Party.
The communists have infiltrated and conquered every aspect of our Constitutional Free Republic, they are firmly entrenched, it will take more than an already corrupted voting system to drive them out.

obama is what the Trojan horse vomits up after the enemy within, the demonrats and the GOPe, parks it in the courtyard.
The enemy within's cycle will end, too, and that may happen soon.
Let's hope that America's cycle isn't ended at the same time or before theirs comes to an end.
Regardless, we all can't go on like this much longer.
