Recently we reported on retired Lt. Gen. and former DIA Chief Mike Flynn’s devastating criticism of the terms of President Obama’s Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) against ISIS.
Another prominent retired member of America’s armed forces who has emerged as an outspoken opponent of the Obama administration’s foreign policy is four-star admiral James “Ace” Lyons.
During the Center for Security Policy’s recent Defeat Jihad Summit, the naval officer of 36 years, who served most recently as the Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, made some simply astounding comments about Islam and President Obama’s foreign policy strategy:

Obamas foreign policy is whatever at the moment doesn’t interfere with tee time, and hands off savage murdering Muslim terrorists. He has been 100% on both.

This type of article is nothing but "clickbait". The headline is meant solely to get people to click through to the article then to click on the ads to generate revenue.
OK, so these guys all kissed a_ _ all the way through their careers, never standing up for the right thing or pushing back against the BS, and now they are heroes? How many soldiers have we lost with this stupid ROE and the idiot DoD priorities? Read the biographies of generals like Patton or Marshall, and you’ll see what real leadership looks like. These guys profiled in the article were willing to ride the train in first class all the way to disaster, and now they want to join the popular naysayer crowd, now that they have their pensions and cushy civilian jobs? There is a lot of traitorous behavior at work here.
I salute the Admiral would would gladly work for him any day.
