They are all grabbing at their own Ferguson Moment in hopes of redeeming themselves for not condemning the police office in the Missouri case.
Cowering in fear of being called racist, a number of so-called conservatives have abandoned logic to beat their breasts over the death of Eric Garner. Without hearing a single word of testimony and basing their judgment on a two minute video, these people KNOW what happened.
Here are facts these cowards have been pleased to disregard.
Cops dont prowl our streets looking for someone to murder.
Eric Garner made a conscious decision to raise his 32nd arrest from a misdemeanor into a challenge of societys right to enforce our laws. Garner consciously resisted arrest in the face of overwhelming odds and his heart and asthma conditions.
Garner had no job; he supported a wife and six children by being a career criminal.
Gotnews.com has uncovered a connection between Garner and a smuggling operation run by organized crime.
No one has explained how someone who is being choked can say I cant breathe loud enough to be recorded from ten feet away. Saying I cant breathe isnt possible for someone who is not breathing.
Choke-holds kill or render people unconscious immediately. Choke-holds dont kill people an hour later. Garners hyoid and windpipe were intact; Garner did not die from a choke-hold no matter how many times the media...

Same for asthma attacks - Garner was not having one of those either.
Shut up, coach. The two situations were very different. I don’t feel a need to “make up for” my views on Ferguson, because I think those views were correct.
Another cowardly ‘cops are always right’ conservative.
Been saying this from day one.
Blogpimp ping!
I agree. I think the two cases are very different. I won’t apologize for my views on Ferguson, nor will I apologize for my position on the Garner case.
The “cops are always right” crowd are almost as annoying as the “cops are always wrong” crowd.
There is no gray with that type of mind-—only black and white.
Pathetic.
.
Yet, the trick to waterboarding is the ‘feeling of drowning’ the detainee gets when a high thread-count cloth saturated with copious water deluge give the feeling of drowning. I suggest you try it sometime.
Cops kill more whites than blacks. What I’d like to know is whether blacks kill more cops than whites.
Photoshoppers: For all these sports celebrities wearing “Hands up Dont Shoot” and “I can’t breathe” shirts, can you superimpose “I promote lies to further an agenda”?
“basing their judgment on a two minute video”
Who ya gonna believe, me or your lyin’ eyes?
Feeling and actually are two distinctly different entities.
Oo, somebady is mad.
Oh well, maybe one day you can logically explain your illogical, irrational and unprovable position on this matter without getting all stampy feet.
It is next to impossible to convict police officers in cases where they are trying to arrest someone and the person they are trying to arrest is resisting arrest.
We’ve had several notable cases here in CA. Recall in the first trial for the police officers in the Rodney King case, the jury sided with the police.
We also had another case in Fullerton where the police were charged with using excessive force in subduing a homeless man.
Convictions are always hard to obtain in these cases involving the police, because intent is always a very big factor.
Kevin Collins is a douche. This cop has a VERY bad record and at least one case against him outstanding.
I agree. Coach is wrong. These cases are different.
There’s no need for this to have escalated. Garner could have been told to stop and issued a citation. Period.
Selling cigarettes is a dumb reason to escalate anything.
“actuality”
These cases are different. Sue me, I noticed.
Thanks, Mom
