I would question the author's theory here, because there were probably hundreds of so-called 'witnesses' coming forward claiming that Officer Wilson shot the gentle giant in the back. To me it just appears to be the usual gang drive-by shooting. But who knows?

Correction: The author of the piece is:

Dave Gibson and not the deceased Mr. Joshua. :)

If DeAndre Joshua is dead, how did he write this?
You have him listed as the author.

Police went door to door in the area of the shooting trying to find witnesses and get information. Many people were scared to death to say anything. I’m not sure if some of them were subpoena’d.

Thanks for posting. Justice for family and friends of DeAndre? Sharpton? Jackson? Obama? Holder? Nixon? Propaganda Machine?

If only he would have stolen cigars or punched a policeman. Nothing to sell here, nothing to inflame/ignite. Marxist manipulators go silent. The pawn never made it to their chessboard.

I would be more inclined to believe that it was either the New Black Panthers or FBI undercover agents (same thing really) who killed Andre to infuriate the ‘black’ community in Ferguson.

Other options, drug deal gone bad or just one of the hundreds of bullets randomly being fired all evening long hit him.

My best guess is that the Bloods had a hit out on him for his testimony at the GJ hearing.

If the police would have just driven by Michael Brown in an unmarked car and shot him with an MP-5, nobody would have cared. (Do I really need a sarcasm tag?).

Dorian Johnson’s facebook has posting of family member— DeAndre Johnson.

So, the theory would be— perp pal is Blood, perp was Blood, and his “parents” are Bloods.

So... the Bloods murder a fellow Blood’s brother/kin to warn him?

This is typical gang crap, if so. And simpletons they are.

Consider also this:

“It is the grand jury’s function not ‘to enquire … upon what foundation [the charge may be] denied,’ or otherwise to try the suspect’s defenses, but only to examine ‘upon what foundation [the charge] is made’ by the prosecutor. Respublica v. Shaffer, 1 Dall. 236 (O. T. Phila. 1788); see also F. Wharton, Criminal Pleading and Practice § 360, pp. 248-249 (8th ed. 1880). As a consequence, neither in this country nor in England has the suspect under investigation by the grand jury ever been thought to have a right to testify or to have exculpatory evidence presented.”

Scalia on the 1992 Supreme Court case United States v. Williams

McCulloch’s instructions to the grand jury before they began deliberating:

“And you must find probable cause to believe that Darren Wilson did not act in lawful self-defense and you must find probable cause to believe that Darren Wilson did not use lawful force in making an arrest. If you find those things, which is kind of like finding a negative, you cannot return an indictment on anything or true bill unless you find both of those things. Because both are complete defenses to any offense and they both have been raised in his, in the evidence.”
