The Drunken Bostonian just couldn't resist grandstanding the Ferguson riots. This time WILLIAM RIVERS PITT wants everybody to see how literate he is by quoting from "To Kill A Mockingbird" to imply that the "Gentle Giant" aka Michael Brown was a poor innocent like Tom Robinson in the Harper Lee novel. Here is Pitt's grandstand thread about Ferguson, Atticus said Jem bleakly. One has to wonder if the Temporary SockPuppet read that line from the novel to impress teenyboppers in the Newton schoolyard. Now Pitt is trying to impress his fellow DUmmies with a completely inappropriate quote. So let us now watch WILLIAM RIVERS PITT go wildly off-base with a completely inappropriate quote to impress his fellow DUmmies in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, noting that the Pittster is posting his commentary from the lilly white woods of New Hampshire, is in the [brackets]:
Atticus said Jem bleakly.
["Girly-" said Temporary SockPuppet drunkenly.]
He turned in the doorway. What, son?
How could they do it, how could they?
I dont know, but they did it. Theyve done it before and they did it tonight and theyll do it again and when they do it seems that only children weep.
[Speaking of children, Temporary SockPuppet. Let's hope you never do it again.]
"To Kill A Mockingbird," Harper Lee
[Now for the DUmmie reaction to Pitt's pathetic attempt to impress them with an INAPPROPRIATE quote...]
And tonight, we are all weeping...
[Guess what DUmmie CaliforniaPeggy, it was the ultra violent "Gentle Giant" who was shot down on the heels of robbing a store, NOT Tom Robinson.]
Oh, California Peggy, what's to become of us? So many gains I thought we'd made as a society seem to have gone up in smoke. I feel like the bottom just fell out.
[Perhaps DUmmie tbill could make amends for the ills of the world by adopting the mother of the "Gentle Giant" as a permanent house guest in his home.]
Aw, Will. What a great quote on this awful night.
[Michael Brown as Tom Robinson? Will's quote as unintentional humor.]
... I swear, this is what went through my mind since approx 9:30pm EDT last night. The whole affair reminds me of "To Kill A Mockingbird."
[Your reasoning abilities reminds me of "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test."]
The more things change the more they don't change at all.
[Wow, Pitt! That is such an original and profound thought. I never heard that before. May I copy it down, laminate it, and place it into my wallet to treasure now and forever, unto the end of time...or until the Newton school bell rings?]
Yet again, Will ... nailed it.
[You bet. Will...nailed it. And now he is hiding out in lilly white New Hampshire.]
PING!
Tom Robinson is Darren Wilson. Innocent as can be but guilty due to race.
And then there's this.
Why is it that people like Tom Robinson only show up in fiction novels, and not in real life?
A typical liberal who projects self-importance by ‘feeling’ far off events in a personal way.
Silly. There are lots of righteous black people. Some of them are members of FR.
And again the left proves that truth has no relationship to their opinions.
He could probably crap on the dinner plate of the owner of that stupid forum and still be kept on.
All of his crap, from the Crawford ranch stupidity, to the "imminent Rove indictment", his "deep and abiding" relationship with the child molester Ritter, you name it.
Not to mention his rant about the "used car salesman" (Obama) selling him down the river on Obamacare, forcing him to have actually pay for some of his own insurance.
Yet, in spite of it all, stupid dumb asses like California Peggy and Judy Lynn still swoon at his every word...which are usually obscenities of four letters, beginning with "f" and ending with "k".
So literate.
If he's the best the liberal/progressive hacks have to offer as far as literary excellence, then they are in real trouble.
My Dear PJ-Comix, CaliforniaPeggy is one of the oddest creatures in the DU menagerie.
“To Kill A Mockingbird,” Harper Lee”...
A story about an innocent man that racist locals demanded he be found guilty because of the color of his skin only. The evidence and nothing else mattered.
Now who does that sound like?
There are consequences when you abandon the rule of law. The rule then becomes whoever lies the loudest wins.
Wyatt Earp: What makes a man like Ringo, Doc? What makes him do the things he does?
Doc Holliday: A man like Ringo has got a great big hole, right in the middle of him. He can never kill enough, or steal enough, or inflict enough pain to ever fill it.
Wyatt Earp: What does he need?
Doc Holliday: Revenge.
Wyatt Earp: For what?
Doc Holliday: Bein’ born.
My Dear mylife, you are correct.
But, her idiocy is partially explained by the fact that "California" is part of her DU handle.
I suspect she is one of the nuts of the "Fruits and Nuts" for which California is known for.
But then, she could be one of the Fruits...one never knows about the DU Zoo creatures.
LOL! She drives me nuts with that “My Dear” BS.
I gotta wonder if there will be ANOTHER Ferguson riot when all the rioters from last night wake up and find out they BURNED DOWN all their stores and have no place nearby to shop at. Then they will get angry at the police for not restraining them and set fire to the rest of Ferguson.
Danger, “Will” Robinson!
Danger, “Will” Robinson!
I was just thinking this morning that we haven’t had a Pitt Stain lately. I must be p-sych-ick ;’)
