Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has just declared a State of Emergency in the state, specifically citing unrest in Ferguson.
The order begins:
"WHEREAS, the City of Ferguson and the St. Louis region have experienced periods of unrest over the past three months; andThe governor then specifically states that the people of Missouri may be in danger: "WHEREAS, our citizens and businesses must be protected from violence and damage."WHEREAS, the United States Department of Justice and St. Louis County authorities are conducting separate criminal investigations into the facts surrounding the death of Michael Brown; and
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Justice and St. Louis County authorities could soon announce the findings of their independent criminal investigations"
Finally, Governor Nixon declares a State of Emergency:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JEREMIAH W. (JAY) NIXON, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Missouri, including Sections 44.010 through 44.130, RSMo, do hereby declare a State of Emergency exists in the State of Missouri.I further direct the Missouri State Highway Patrol together with the St. Louis County Police Department and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department to operate as a Unified Command to protect civil rights and ensure public safety in the City of Ferguson and the St. Louis region.

I am sick of this Administration. There are approx, 50K people in Ferguson and a group of malcontents from other areas are holding them hostage?
But with winter weather settling in will we really see more rioting? Is there anything left to burn down or steal in Ferguson?
Michael Savage mentioned just now that President Obama has met with the Ferguson thugs. That Al Sharpton made this claim.
If St. Louis burns Nixon, Obama, Holder and company are the prime arsonists.
Make sure to video tape all crimes as it might take a while to track down the criminals.
They (the MSM) have been pumping out the "brace yourselves... any day now..." stories several times a day, every day, for the past month.
They're really trying to play this up for all they can...hoping beyond all hope to get someone (other than the thug residents) interested.
Well, guess what... most of us just want the facts to emerge. Most of us aren't going to riot no matter what the GJ decides... we just want the facts. So just make the results known and let's move on.

LAW & ORDER right out the proverbial window and those type of people demand “equality and justice, under the rule of law”?
Considering the current weather, I think right after dusk is a good time to announce the verdict. :)

Such Pu$$ies. Obama, Holder, Sharpton et al have authorities sniveling in a corner afraid of what the natives might do.

Now is the time to bring in tear gas, MRAP’s, rubber bullets, and kick some Swisher Sweet butts.

I Hope it gets to below zero for a while, nothing like not being able to breathe fully due to bitter cold to take the fighht out of the agitators!
