As you watch the following, note that “Nurse” Hickox is doing what she’s doing because she wants to, not because you want her to. You can’t tell her what to do! But all the same, she’s sorry for the fuss. Or something.

If there’s no scientific basis for staying away from other people, if it’s just “an abundance of politics,” why is she doing it? I tend to not wish ill on anyone, except Bob Beckel, but if she does end up having Ebola I would consider that to be quite life affirming.
She’s probably realized by now that no reputable hospital or the CDC for that matter now wants her because they have their own credibility problems. Either the DNC or some other Obama Agency are about the only ones that are a potential.

Because she finally noticed that being the only person in the country more narcissistic than Obama wasn’t playing well, not even with fellow moonbats.
In her own words, she's hoping that when "workers" come back, they will in no way be stopped from going out, giving hugs....etc etc...

She looks at those calling for her quarantine as backward yahoos who operate with illogical unscientific superstition. The trouble with narcissists like her, they will be just the ones who will spread this dangerous disease when they are asymptomatic carriers like Mary Mallon. “Nurse” Hickox may be the Mary Mallon of our day. It is prudent to treat them as if they are asymptomatic with the appropriate procedures in place for society’s protection.
I think that she figured out that she is now one of the most hated woman in America, and if she did show up in town with the press in tow, she would not be greeted kindly by the townsfolk. I think she is now afraid of the consequences of her actions.
She is a stupid woman. If I was her, I would have sat in that tent in NJ, requested take out, a flat screen, books and computer.Kaci would have looked like an angel, taking care of the Ebola patients in Africa, and then quarantining herself to protect US citizens. She would have come out of this with a reputation like Nina Pham.
Now, she is just hated.
Naw....at least the flu....so she runs a temp pukes her guts out.
Maybe someone explained to her that she looks like a selfish a-hole, so she changed her tune (a token amount).
I wish someone would tell her that her 15 minutes of fame is over.
With her attitude, I feel sorry for anyone with the misfortune of being a patient of hers.
I bet that SNL skit hurt more than any public opinion she has experienced.
But as one official put it, the truth is that "we don't know what we don't know" about Ebola and it is therefore no less unscientific for an agenda-driven hack like Kaci Hickox to say unequivocally that she does not have Ebola before the incubation period is complete and her blood tests negative for the virus.
It is SCIENTIFIC to say that WE DON'T KNOW whether or not Kaci Hickox has Ebola. And since we do not know, it is not unreasonable to err on the side of caution until we do know!

I would agree that there is an "abundance of politics" at play here....an "abundance of politics" that is driving Ms. Hickox's objection to and violation of the quarantine imposed on her for the public good.
But the "abundance of politics" at play here is Ms. Hickox's politics!!!!......the kind of bottom-feeding politics that would even stoop to exploiting an Ebola outbreak with a view to further dragging this country down to the level of a third world socialist craphole - like the one from which Ms. Hickox just returned.
I think the lecture the judge gave her before rescinding the quarantine in Maine was precisely such an “explanation” as well as a warning not to abuse her new freedom in terms of behaving like an a$$hole by going into town and getting in everybody’s face.

Judging by Texas’ Wendy Davis, Hickox, a RAT hick, will be running for Congress in two years and winning.
