Ashley Yates, one of the leaders of the protests in Ferguson, where Michael Brown was shot and killed by officer Darren Wilson, has promised death if Wilson does not face criminal charges.
Yates angrily promised today that, "If they (the grand jury) cant serve justice in this, the people have every right to go out and express their rage in a manner that is equal to what we have suffered (supposed murder)."
Yates fully believes that what their community has suffered is murder. And she promises death back.
She continued, Were going to take our anger out on the people who have failed us, and if they are prepared to deal with that, then let them have at it."
Protesters believe that the people who have "failed them," if the grand jury comes back without charges, would be the police, the jury members themselves, and prosecutors, among others. Practically anyone that Yates believes has failed the protesters is fair game for violence.

Well, gosh. I am prepared to deal with it.
So I guess the ball is back in their court.
Did the “Protest Marshalls” the Justice Department sent to “coach” the protestors put her up to this?
Exactly.
Yep. Sounds like the real concern might be the black death...
We had one of our police killed recently by another of Obama’s sons. Disgusting. Wife and new baby...sad
I am bringing to think some of these people making demands know that he is not guilty. They want a case that will let them claim To be victims. Why?
Political power, more free stuff.
If they really want change why do they pick weak or bad examples for their cause.
Did Angela Davis have a daughter?
Incitement to violence. I believe it’s a crime.
I’m shocked, just shocked. A community of thugs acting like thugs. The Great Society’s chickens coming home to roost. As an incubator for parasites and predators this city is working well.
She specifically points out the killing of the jury members. Isn’t it against the law to threaten to kill a grand jury?
I’ve heard this before - that, due to the demographics of their neighborhood, they get a false sense of the numbers involved.
A lot of them are Islamic thugs. They will probably try something. If they think they will frighten our justice system with race bait and threats of violence, they are nuttier than I thought.
The feral types aren’t real deep thinkers are they?

There was a very good article stating just that posted here several weeks ago. Wish I could find it. The Martin case and now this are textbook examples of justified lethal force. Several questionable ones have been all but ignored by our ministry of propaganda.
I think it’s just a case of environmental perception.
In their immediate environs, there’s not a lot of light reflected off the individual people they see.
Liberals have the same problem, thinking that their ideology is the majority, because “everyone they know thinks this way”.
There is a big difference. ISIS has killed very few Americans, thugs and their defenders are responsible for lots of American deaths; more will be killed in Chicago this weekend that ISIS’s total.
I think that rather than drag threads around with you and hijacking other threads, if you have some argument from a long forgotten thread that you want to continue, then go back to that thread, and post there.
She should be facing charges.
It makes one think of the Leo Frank case (Frank v. Magnum 1915) where U.S. Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote, “I very seriously doubt if the petitioner ... has had due process of law ... because of the trial taking place in the presence of a hostile demonstration and seemingly dangerous crowd, thought by the presiding Judge to be ready for violence unless a verdict of guilty was rendered.”
