Next time, kill him.
These days, I wouldn’t be surprised if this idiot won.
Shoot. Shovel. Shut-up.
U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson is allowing the case to move forward.
“Back in 2010, a man named Nigel Sykes recently tried to rob Seasons Pizza restaurant in Newport, Delaware”.
Hmm...their definition of “recent” is different than mine.
He certainly has THE RIGHT to sue, as anyone else does.
But if a jury (or the Pizza joint) is TOO STUPID to fight him to the end, they deserve what they get.
This perp probably called Jesse Ventura for advice about suing.
>>>> On a side note, at the time of his arrest back in 2010, police said that Sykes was linked to nearly 10 other robberies including a bank, other pizza restaurants, a couple of fast food restaurants, and at least two convenience stores.
And none of his other robbery victims had the nerves to beat him up before. Ergo, the one time he got busted, he’s the ‘victim’ here.
I can imagine Obama’s statement about his “son”...
“The restaurant employees acted stupidly”
The guy looks like he can’t even put two coherent sentences together.
He’s lucky they didn’t kill him.
Does any one know if these cases were brought to the court with regards to filing date, or is it like SOTU that justices can refuse to hear the case? I could swear some hot and/or high profile case(s) jump the queue.
You can beat a gunman into submission - I’ll go along with that. You can’t torture him with hot soup, if what he alleges is correct happened while waiting for police to arrive. Neither can you invite the rest of the crew to put a boot in for the building of team spirit. That being said, he’s lucky he didn’t try this in a place where he was more likely to be shot dead the moment he threatened anyone with a gun.
Plus, it’s not easy being an armed robber named Nigel.
