He certainly has THE RIGHT to sue, as anyone else does.
But if a jury (or the Pizza joint) is TOO STUPID to fight him to the end, they deserve what they get.
If it's a juy of his peers (ie black criminal 0bama voters) then they probably will find in his favor. After all he was just getting what whitey owed him for all those years he was a slave. (what?
