The situation at Americas southern border is a manufactured crisis, one perpetuatedif not startedby the Obama administration. After all, the administration put out an ad in January 2014 asking for contractors to handle an influx of 65,000 children. The surge to 60,000 or so children seen this year was said to catch many off guard, especially since just 6,500 children entered the U.S. as early as 2011, reported Pete Kasperowicz for The Blaze. But [Republican Representative Jeff] Sessions [R-AL] said the advertisement showed that the administration knew the surge would happen. And in reality, the 60,000 children represent only about 20 percent of the total illegal immigrants who have come into this country since April.
In addition, a series of new revelations this week further demolish the administrations narrative about whether or not this is, indeed, a manufactured crisis, and if it is being handled responsibly. For example, thanks to a report by Breitbart News, we learned that the Obama administration is using organizations to find prospective foster homes for some of the unaccompanied children coming across the border, and offering to pay the foster parents more than $6,000 per month, tax free, to house them. What could possibly go wrong?
If that doesnt work out, the federal government has plans for temporary housing at a Texas resort, with tennis courts, swimming pools, a steam room and sauna, all for the bargain rate of $50 million a year. At least they did until the public became aware of it, at which time they thought better of it. As Washington, D.C. radio talk-show host Chris Plante said, maybe they should have thought to offer that first to homeless or disabled vets. Did anyone consider that?
Breitbart also disclosed material in a leaked report from the El Paso Intelligence Center,

looks like “the regime” underestimated the effectiveness of the lure the Obamanation cast into Central America.
He did engineer this! BUT he thought the sight of thousands of children at the border with dead childrens bodies being found in the desert would move the debate in the democrats direction.
Luckily for us, it did just the opposite, and now a near super majority want us to close the border and for us to deport ASAP all these illegals.
Poor Obama, he can't even orchestrate a crisis properly!
Of course it’s manufactured. It springs from the same mentality as Fast and Furious that led to shipping weapons to cartels so that the murder rate in Mexico would support the administration’s assertions; from the same mentality that locked the American populace out of their own national parks and monuments in a spiteful effort to win a budget standoff. It is more of Obama’s bolshevik community disruptor Alinsky agitprop.
No doubt this will make that resort owner's year and probably a very rich man --
America, what a country!!!
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
The girls are given contraceptives to take on the journey ,because there is a good chance they’ll be Raped on their way to the US and where do they get the contraceptives ,probably from the HHS
Chip, I thought that was cancelled?
I guess the administration thinks it’s OK for these girls to be raped “for the cause” - as long as they don’t get pregnant.
What a Satanic bunch of evil bastards.
gotta break a few eggs to make an omelet
Yup. This really backfired. I remember thinking to myself earlier this week that the “left” always manages to misjudge the strength of their hand and assume that a majority of Americans think and feel as they do. They forget that they are only about 20-25% of the country’s population.
Maybe-but not today-the deal is off, squashed by angry citizens being vocal about it, thank God...
I haven’t heard any news of its cancellation — though it’s not like they would want to publicize it.
Quick. Send in Sandra Fluke.
OK good — so it has been cancelled.
Poor kids were really looking forward to it — that big train ride and all.
The owner of The Blaze is contributing to making it more attractive for more illegals to come on over.
The problem in the border is not with the number of illegals being caught. The problem is that between new federal laws granting more legal recourse to children, and administration policies towards "Other than Mexicans" the system lacks throughput and is bogged down.
Once we realize what the problem is, then the solution becomes more clear. This is wear the President and the Democrats show tip their hands. The obvious solution is to mobilize National Guard units in certain categories. First would Spanish speakers and MPs to do the processing, and incarceration. I don't mention Civil Affairs because they have had a fairly high tempo over the last 12 years. Lakota units with EO/IR kits would be helpful for filling the gaps in air coverage. All of this would allow BP agents to go back out into the field.
looks like the regime underestimated the effectiveness of the lure the Obamanation cast into Central America....Underestimated my ass. Someone with better computer skills better than me could probably find the airline charters, railroad charters, and bus charters for bringing the ‘chilluns’ from Guatemala, El Salvadore, East Ibushka, etc. to Laredo, Texas. This wasn’t spontaneous.
Yeah-I’m sure the 12-17 year old “kids” were looking forward to ripping off all the neat stuff in the rooms to take to the nearest pawn shop, too...
That would be interesting to see-but most coyotes have their own vans and trucks, and move freely over the borders of Mexico and Central America because they have extensive networks for human trafficking and ties with narcos. Most of the kids sent alone came with those coyotes, who were paid by their stupid parents-even so, they should still be sent back to them-right now...
