Sgt. Bergdahl will return home after five years as a prisoner of the Taliban. There wont be any parades or welcome backs. I suspect, after a few years, the liberal vanguard will promote him to the lecture circuit to liberal colleges throughout the United States. Any money that he makes off books or in the lecture circuit he will earn. Like Jane Fonda, his life will not be pleasant. Any time he is in public he has to keep a low profile and never travel outside his home without a bodyguard.
Part of the blame for Sgt. Bergdahls cost of repatriation falls on the shoulders of his officers, who should have spotted the psychological defect and had him shipped back to the states or placed in a noncombat unit. In every war there are fighting men and women who can invent reasons they shouldnt be there. If the military doesnt indoctrinate those men and women for the reasons they are in the field of battle, its a failure of leadership of that military branch.
For the sake of morale and costs in lives, these weak ones must be weeded out before they get into the war zone.
Make no mistake, Sgt. Bergdahl was not turned into a radical Muslim. There isnt a doubt in my mind but once he got captured he realized he made a terrible mistake. It will take years, if ever, before he regains normalcy.
I would not be a bit surprised if Bergdahl suffers a sudden, unexpected, “Suicide,” and the libs use him as a half-assed martyr.
Like Vince Foster?
Yup.
What kind of idiot wrote this stuff?
Jane Fonda has suffered? Hmmm, while living on her multi million dollar ranch in MT? Or starring in the movies she’s done? Kept a low profile? Poor Jane.
Sheesh. Good find 2ndDivisionVet.
I've spotted some psychological defects in the CIC, can we ship him back to Kenya?
Very good post. You’re right.
Let’s see- Jane Fonda is an unrepentant traitor, who amassed millions, and married a billionaire. Her life has not suffered from her wrongdoing.
