Karl Rove stunned a conference when he suggested Hillary Clinton might have brain damage.
Onstage with Robert Gibbs and CBS correspondent and “Spies Against Armageddon” co-author Dan Raviv, Rove said Republicans should keep the Benghazi issue alive.
He said if Clinton runs for president, voters must be told what happened when she suffered a fall in December 2012.
The official diagnosis was a blood clot. Rove told the conference near LA Thursday, “Thirty days in the hospital? And when she reappears, she’s wearing glasses that are only for people who have traumatic brain injury? We need to know what’s up with that.”

This is a bit like "When did you stop beating your wife?" question, and is the kind of sleaze the Demonrats put out.

IMHO, Hillary had a stroke. ANY stroke causes brain damage. Living with a stroke victim, I am MUCH more sensitive to the causes of stroke than before, as I daily live with the repercussions.

I don’t mind it. Either these people are enemies of the United States or they are not. And if going after Hillary means questioning her mental abilities then so be it.
As an aside If what we say is true and the ballot box has been invalidated by the Chicago Way then literally what difference does it make? What difference does it make if because of Rove making stupid comments we are unable to capture the 20% of the undecided electorate who decide the election. By how many percentage points do we have to win to overcome Democrat election fraud anyway? Is that what we’re reduced to?
Screw it. The only people who have a problem with this are those who believe the ballot box is still a valid avenue of change in this country. Just arm up, wait and watch with amusement at the machinations of the political class.
