On New Year’s Eve, the St. Charles County Missouri police stopped a man for a speeding violation. Subsequent investigation established that although the man presented papers indicating that his name is Noble Yahudah Ben YisraEL and he is a member of the United Nation of YisraEL, his former name is Clarence Holmes and he was wanted under that name for felonious driving with a revoked licenses. Unable to pay his $25,000 bail he was kept in a local jail until April 2.
Holmes, a 28 year old African American, claims The United Nations of YisraEL, is an organization of American Blacks who demand certain privileges based on their being descendants of slaves. The group insists they are citizens of a sovereign state which exempts them from regulatory laws...

Clarence Holmes needs to understand that he cannot simply refuse to recognize the authority of the government.

Throw him in jail for life with no access to trial by a jury of his peers. If he doesn’t recognise American laws, he should not be afforded the protection of American laws.

any good lawyer would tell you that’s unfair treatment based on what we do to mexicans who don’t recognize American laws. he’d have him signed up for more govt programs and a counter-lawsuit in about an hour.

i believe Mr. Bundy claimed that he did not recognize the authority of the federal government. This Holmes character appears to recognize no legitimate government within the United States.
But I do suspect that you are right in that the Left will be hypocritical as usual and will not condemn Holmes. However, I would not be surprised to see some of the very same Patriots who came to the aid of Mr. Bundy also do the same for Homes.

Clash of cultures is as good a way of putting it as I have seen. It seems the majority but not all Black people have a different way of looking at things than I do. They play the race card at the drop of a hat. Everything is racist to them.
Let him demand all day. The state should demand he pay his fines or let him rot in jail.
