1. I suspect Reid would enjoy that - I don't think his preferences are quite normal.

2. Most patients with advanced cancer are quite weak and have little endurance (at least the ones I've known). While Reid isn't terribly manly, he is probably barely strong enough to stand up to someone who is dying of cancer.

The people Reid refers to that have lost their medical insurance due to Obamacare, e.g. cancer victim Julie Boonstra, are definitely not lying. Fossilized Harry Reid is not only being (surprise!) harshly insensitive but slandering them and setting himself and, more importantly, his political party up for a huge blow back. I assume Reid is counting on the leftmedia to carry his water, ignore his slander and definitely ignore the victims of Obamacare. Fox News should make Julie Boonstra a household name and thus show Reid and the Democrats for the callous, insensitive, totalitarian thugs they are.

Remember the first guy who complained on the radio about losing his policy during cancer treatment and the insurance agent who helped him by reminding him that HIPPA was still in force and policies can’t be cancelled while the patient is sick - I thought I heard that his treatment was reinstated along with the cancelled policy.

why aren’t these patients invoking HIPPA?

It would make for some incredible theater, though. Picture this.

A weak, barely able to walk woman, in her late thirties, accompanied by her wan, weepy children of 8 and 10, bursts onto the floor of the Senate, and with her last strength runs toward Dingy Harry shouting "You evil b@$t@rd! 0bama took my insurance away!! 0bama took my insurance away!!", takes a giant theatrical swing at him with a cane and misses by two feet (just enough to be framed by the cameras), passes out and starts to bleed from her nose and mouth.

He ducks, slips, falls, slips in her blood, gets back up again, and stands over her staring, mumbling "The Tea Party did this. This is the Tea Party's fault".

Preferably two weeks before he stands for re-election against a strong conservative candidate. No matter how hateful, biased, and dangerously Marxist the MSM is, they would HAVE to show footage that good. The DNC would have a stroke, and disassociate itself from him within thirty minutes.

If there is ANYONE of this earth that I would love to see get cancer it is Harry “Dumb Ass” Reid. When he starts to deteriorate and is in severe pain, we can say, “he is just faking it”. He can then go off in a corner and die alone which he so justly deserves.
